Didnt really have a problem getting a battery for my husbands truck since he was over seas. But they didnt want to help me carry a 50lb battery to my car when i was 8 months pregnant. I ended up having back problems and had to go get looked at. Lucky me baby was ok.

My friends and I were on the way to move across the country where our car, unfortunately broke down. We were completely torn and so exhausted from driving 24+ hours and this store and their employees made us feel so safe and took care of us and showed us the amazing, beautiful, comforting side of Kansas. After spending two hours trying to fix our truck together, we were finally able to get back on the road to our journey. I feel more than blessed to have encountered this amazing team and they genuinely cared for us so much that we were left with tears. This store, this team, this management deserves the world. If I can have this store all over Florida (where we are traveling from), I would be so so happy. The costumer services this autozone is excellent. Jennifer was excellent trying to help us. If even have issue with your car this place to go. All the worker went out of their ways to help us, On our way to California. Every worker at this location has excellent customer services.

Jennifer the manager helped me replace my battery, coming from an IT background I never work on vehicles but she was so sweet and even though I didn’t buy the battery from Autozone she still helped me install it. Definitely recommend buying the battery from them but she still helped in the freezing cold to show me how to install and replace a battery. Thank you guys for helping even the most car illiterate people like myself!

An employee tells me they match online prices, and going in two nights later I was given the cold shoulder from a female employee who was really personally hurt that her coworker informed me two days prior they price matched online. She wasnt interested in helping me, or even making a sell informing me they dont match at all. Amazon here I come. Dont waist your time or gas money to even get here... God bless the Hispanic male working with her.This occurred approximately 20:10 on February 12, 2021.
Service was awesome. I locked myself out of my truck and the manager there helped me get back in my truck. He went way out of his way to help me out. Really appreciate it man if you see this. The other guy that worked there also helped me get the best deal on some oil and a oil filter I was buying. Definitely the best autozone Ive been to.

Had to order the part I needed, had it the next day, but they only had one person working the counter area and had a long line of people waiting. One other person in the back but he only came out to ask where another employee was. He got an answer and disappeared again. He should have stepped up and helped the customers that were waiting.

I always get pretty good service here, usually also cant leave without an impulse buy,*edit: I live here and can commend their services they are more than willing to rent tools and assist with minor maintenance in the parking lot more often than not free of charge. Sometimes because of this the registers are funny and they have to swap around, can make check out complicated but overall they mean well and I can say Im completely fine with them helping others while I wait, can add 20 min to a simple trip but I know if I have a serious issue they will help me or someone travelling through to the best of their abilities.

The people were great. What I highly dislike is a very deceptive and misleading website. Website said Autozone had the style and battery my wife needed, sure they have it, on ORDER! Be careful with the internet, call ahead if you can!
The current employees are not knowledgeable about what they have available...I went in to order the battery cables for my truck after checking autozone.com that they were available to be ordered and purchased in store....the employee I talked to told me that they do not carry the cables for my vehicle....I will no longer junction City auto zone....very disappointed
Called to ask a question about a part for my vehicle. I was talking to Pat and he was very rude. He keep giving me attitude and acted like he didnt want to be there... You might want to get a new manager that actually cares about helping customers and do his job.

Found the part on the auto zone app for cheaper than it would have been to have it shipped to my house. So called the store and they offered to order it over then phone for me. Due to it being a special order item I was required to pay for it upfront. I chose to go to the local store and pay for it instead.
Typical Autozone experience. A manager less than politely informed me that only service dogs are allowed in the store and then just walked away. Youre the first auto parts store that has EVER told me this. Anyway, thanks for the reminder why I usually go across the street. At least they are happy to see me and my dog.

Had what we needed. Employees were great and the store was clean! They loaned us some tools too. Parking lot was good to, nicely paved.
They do not do curbside pickup. The guy was incredibly rude when I said I was here to pick it up. They need to stop advertising that if they cant bring it out to the curbside as advertised.
Always a pleasure as one of the locals here in JC to work with Garret and the other crew members. They really help when you cant quite remember what the parts name is.

I went in today with my 3 year old and I needed one new low beam and new windsheild wipers. George was very helpful. I offered him a tip he couldnt except but I gave him a hug. My dad recently passed away and my husband is away at work. Thank you so much for helping me George.

Staff was impressive and helpful check engine light came on after filling up with gas in Topeka on the east side. Stopped at a reast area on the west side of Topeka. When starting my check engine light appears. Stopped in Junction City after Googling auto zone. A female associate hooked up the code reader plugged into computer and problem was fuel injector? However, I noticed they had STP fuel injector additive on sale 2 fir $6 bucks. Put in one and drove 179 miles light still on. After a while went to go some where and no light problem solved.

Me and my son go to autozone around 5pm yesterday to get some fluid for my sons car. We are not sure what to get since his car is like german car..so we decide to asked inside. We approach this look like asian lady and she is have an attitude and not really listening to us. Then point the gallon the one on front . Even not looking. When i look t it its said for asian car. So i stop my son to get it and i tell him your car is german car not asian. I dont trust that so we go to orelly and the poeple there really help us.not going back to autozone again..
This is an auto zone. Always remember you are shopping with local car dealerships and repair shops. Sometimes youll wait longer then you care to.With that being said, these guys greet you when you enter, they ask you if they can help you with anything and kinda wont leave toy alone until youve gotten everything you came for. Clean business with good help. I have to be awed to leave 5stars and I havent been awed......yet.
Went in because my cars battery was dead. Employee tested my battery, explained what was wrong with it, and gave suggestions on how to proceed. I purchased a battery and they installed it for free. Employee spoke to me in a way that was easy to understand (sadly Im not a Car Guy) but not as if I was an idiot. Will definitely return to Autozone for anymore of my automobile needs.

She helped me so much today and was very patient with me while I was on the phone with my husband who was stranded and sent me to find what he needed! Were 8 hours into a 15 hour road trip so I wasnt too enthused about one of our vehicles being broke down but her patience and kindness the whole time I was in there made me happy!

Pissy customer hoping for contact from your corporate office. I go buy part for my daughters car. I pay with credit card for item, cash for the core charge. Express Im paying cash expect cash when I return core. No problem maam. 3 hours later what happens you return to card... speak with manager on duty at time. Im not happy at all i expected cash, I want my cash for core charge. His respond. Im a test subject!. Unacceptable I bet you think your cute. I dont and I really dont need you i do have other choices.
I purchased (high pressure) fuel hose here. For my fuel injected system. I installed the hose in my LS swap. a week later it exploded and I then realized it was the wrong hose. This is in part my fault for not verifying that the part was correct well installing. But even more my fault for trusting the person behind the counter to cut the right piece of hose.
I just need to put a shout out to Ron and Pat over at this store. I was mid cross country trip when my fuel pump went out in my camper leaving me, my van, my dogs, my trailer etc. stranded off the side of the interstate 20+ miles out of town. Pat rounded me up some parts and Ron legit drove me out the parts on his lunch break. This sort of customer service is exactly why i stick with Autozone! You just dont get that anymore and these guys need to be recognized for it!Thanks!!Jason

Rating is a big zero. Was there 45 minutes. Said they had to check old alternator before I could purchase a new one. They never could get the alternator on there tester right or there tester to work. Anyway, the manager told us to go to o Riley s. We did, they tested the alternator and we bought a new one from them. This was in junction city, ks this was at 11 am, Thursday June 29th. Could not post this without hitting a star. The help was nice and apologized but manager needs help

Update: Pat was helpful resolving the situation and offered a sincere apology for the circumstance before hand. I recommend AutoZone if youre needing parts within that day or time frame, even if it means ordering for pick up.Just had a similar encounter as Jose Eston with a rude manager (maybe the same one?) by the name of Bridgette. She was very condescending and interrogated me like I was a criminal, when I attempted to exchange a part unused. Unfortunately, they didnt have the upstream oxygen sensor I needed. She then proceeded to mock me with the AcDelco brand I preferred saying, Is that all you use in your car? The manager before her (Blake) was very professional and helpful, very exemplary for AutoZone as a whole. Im only giving two stars because he helped transition the store atmosphere a lot better than Bridgette. Rest assured I have contacted corporate and will be awaiting a response to see how the situation can be rectified.

Last year I received excellent customer service here at Auto Zone! I mean excellent, one of the representatives really went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need. Unfortunately it only takes one spoiled apple to ruin the bunch. I was not greeted when I entered the place of business today, but instead asked “What I needed” the associate that helped me didn’t even ask me what car was mines he just approached a vehicle. His tone and professionalism was out of order from the beginning to the very end and when he pulled up the $31 part that my car was having the issue with he didn’t even offer me more information, or ask me if I want to purchase the part. Instead he walked off from me to get me a print off and came back and shoved it in my face! When I addressed Ron Smith about his unprofessional attitude he said “Oh well you were on the phone”. I was on the phone with my husband, who is deployed, asking him for help since Ron didn’t have any advice to give me! We will no longer be doing business here, instead we will go across the street to O’reilys, and we will be sure to advise our extended military families and coworkers to do the same!

I went in with my 3 year old to pick up one small wrench. I waited in line for about 15 minutes, which to a child, is FOREVER. The girl with the dark hair was finally free and called for the next customer. As I took my kids hand trying to shuffle up to her counter, she had the audacity to take the customer who had just walked into the door. I guess I wasnt fast enough for you? Next time have some courage and tell the customer I was there first. So I had to wait yet another 10 minutes, WITH my kid, for ONE wrench. Customer service sucks, the girl doesnt know how to acccomodate customers, she just knows how to ring them up. Figures.
