They have always taken care of any issues the tenet, property, or I have had in a timely and professional fashion. They know what they are doing and they are good at it. You can ask them any question and they will either know it or go and learn it to answer it for you.

I rented a home through Mathis Lueker for 3 years and had a great experience. I highly recommend them if youre renting near Fort Riley.

Would give zero stars if possible. If you are a married soldier i would suggest not doing any business with this housing office. They will nickel and dime you and charge double for the same thing upon you leaving the property. They will also only notify you by mail if you owe anything and will not contact you about it any other way. Then send the bill to a collection agency. Very unprofessional women that work here and screw you over to milk whatever money they can out of you to fix their trash properties. Just save your money and get into a cheap apartment and save yourself the harassment and loss of money.

Easily the best experience Ive ever had with a property management company. One of the very first things they told me was Weve all been renters before, and well treat you as wed expect to be treated. From that moment forward, I have had zero doubts about renting from them. They were very prompt in responding to maintenance calls, answered any questions, and went above and beyond when it came time to move out. I would, without a doubt, rent from them again if the opportunity arose.

Mathis Luker has been managing some of my properties for several years. I have been more than satisfied. I specifically work with Tricia Stadler and she has been extreamly professional, responsive, and most importantly balances contacting me when issues arise and handling the issues which are appropriate for her to handle. She has always been extreamly in tune with the rental market within Junction city. I truly appreciate the companies ability to actually manage rental units rather than simply collect checks and call me every time anything beyond that is required. I highlty recommend considering them as your management team.

Property management from this company is absolute garbage. My home was in great condition when I left it with Mathis Lueker and rented for top dollar. I returned to Junction City KS unannounced to check on my home after the last tenants moved out and the house was a wreck. Knowing that the tenants left it a mess I gave Mathis Lueker the opportunity to get the house cleaned, repaired and ready to rent and they failed horribly. The house was not clean, walls werent touched up, holes werent filled, hardware was missing. They attempted to charge me $1500 for a carpet patch job which I ultimately payed $800 to replace the entire carpet to new. Tricia Stalder ignored my emails repeatedly after telling me I would recieve some of the deposit to help with repairs. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Mathis Lueker property managers are the best. They took care of any issues we had, in a timely manner. We appreciate all of their help and they were always so courteous when I went to the office. I would highly recommend anyone to rent any of their properties. Great customer service. They will be truely missed, they have raised the bar for the property managers for me in the future!

I’ve rented 6 homes since 2012 and Mathis Lueker has by far been the easiest and the most pleasant leasing company to work with. Each and every work order that I submitted was done quickly and completely (no patchwork jobs just to hold over to the next tenant). I would certainly rent again if I’m ever in the market for a rental home again in this area

One word : HORRIBLE. This was my experience with this company. Any military families coming in BEWARE. Working this this company was a nightmare. The property we rented was a nightmare. Leaving was a NIGHTMARE. NEVER AGAIN

Wonderful company! Very down to earth and flexible. One of my favorite parts of going through Mathis Leuker was the option to go see the properties by yourself on your own time. This was the first company that I did not feel any pressure from just eager to help in anyway they could.

I retired from the Army and moved out of state but still chose to rent my JC house. Mathis Property Management provide me with fast and professional service all while living out of state. Mathis does continuous property checks to ease the worries of out of state owners. If there is an issue with your property, they are on it fast. They will quickly go over options and have great local expertise and knowledge. Betsy is the current manager and does an excellent job. My last tenant moved out and got their full deposit back. That is proof that walk throughs are being completed. I was then able to sell my house. If you want/need to rent your property, Mathis is the way to go. The staff at Mathis Lueker Reality were really great with our military PCS move from South Korea to Junction City, Kansas. The day we arrived Mrs. Lisa Stalder even took time after hours to help my wife and I get settled in our home. She even let our Pomeranian run around and gave her water as we signed our lease. I recommend anyone to use this reality if youre looking for a home.

Mathis Lueker is one is the best property management companies Ive ever rented from. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and if there was ever a maintenance issue (which there were very few in the 2 1/2 years we rented through them), the issue was fixed immediately. When it came time for us to move, they were very respectful of our time and courteous about scheduling showings to re-rent the property. Also, I had heard several complaints from others (not all of them regarding MLPM) about not to ever expect your deposit back and I can tell you that is completely false. We cared for our rental house, and upon move out we followed the move-out checklist they provided and thoroughly cleaned everything as directed and we were returned our deposit in full. I highly recommend Mathis Lueker to anyone looking to rent a home or manage their property. We had nothing but positive experiences and will definitely rent through them if were ever stationed back at Ft. Riley.

The ladies at Mathis-Lueker Property Management are incredible!We arrived to Junction City on a Monday and they found us the perfect home and we moved in the very next day. We had dealt with a different property management company earlier that day that let us down and we thought we might be stuck at a hotel for weeks. Not only did they welcome us so kindly to their city, but literally helped us and explained everything step by step. It was a very pleasant experience after driving roughly 1300 miles for days. They had plenty of homes/apartments to choose from and we couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them for any kind of relocation to this area.

Great company with prompt service

Our daughter had considered relocating to the JC area and we reached out to several area property management agencies. Although our daughter didnt make a move, their communication, customer service and efforts were greatly appreciated.

Homeowners beware! If you care about your home, DO NOT hire ML to manage your property. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They will nickle and dime you for things like smoke detector batteries that should be your tenants responsibility. They also wont take the time to walk your property routinely or thoroughly inspect your property when a tenant moves out - theyre just too busy. They love to call everything normal wear and tear, even when it clearly isnt. When I found an obvious burn in my carpet after a tenant moved out (that they did not notice), the owner/manager blatantly avoided my phone calls and then argued with me about a reimbursement. That is just one of countless examples I could share about how unprofessional - and honestly, unethical - they are. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else. I wish I would have.

MLPM is awesome. The gals are super friendly and easy to work with and they are extremely knowledgable about ALL of their rentals. They never hesitate to answer my calls and they are quick to respond when there’s a problem. All the folks at Mathis Lueker are really hard workers and I wouldn’t rent from anyone else (if I ever returned to Kansas).

Not pleased with them at all. When you move out they will charge you for damages that were there when you moved. I left my house the same as i moved in cleaned everything and fixed anything needed and they still charged me for it. They once charged me $250 to repair the hardwood floors that would give you splinters before i was there then i checked and they didnt even do anything to the floor. I will never go through them again and would not recomend them to anyone.
