Went in for a battery change on a dodge stratus and I waited 2 hours before theybtold me they couldnt put the battery in because I had a broken wheel stud said for me to fix it and they will replace my battery.. I bought the battery and changed it myself in 45 minutes without removing tire. I had explained the tire dont need to come off just turn the wheels away from the well there is plenty of room. What took me 45 minutes could have taken them at max 20 min. And Im not upset or anything the mechanics was plight and Profesional but the boss or senior mechanic didnt even give me a chance to explain how to do it right he instantly turned me away because of a broke stud on a wheel that I didnt even want taken off. Other than that service was good and they treated me kindly.

Went in this morning and waited 2 hours for an oil change. To top it off after paying I check and the filter life on the dash wasnt reset to 100%. Didnt want to go back inside because it was busy so I thought to myself just call when I get home and make the manager aware and not make a big deal about it. As soon as I arrived home something told me to pop the hood. As you see oil everywhere because the mechanic who worked on my car didnt cap the oil tank.I called and after being on hold for awhile spoke to the manager and informed of the situation. She said to bring it back and they would do oil change again at no cost and clean the oil everywhere as best as they can. I thought to myself why would I go back after waiting hours to top it off have the same mechanic possibly do the same work. We pay for a service to get completed properly. We as paying customers shouldnt have to check your mechanics work.If you decide to go hope you have a better experience and I would suggest to check the work that was done before driving away.

I had no choice but to buy Walmart tires a few days ago and they’re already leaking air. Try to get this place look at them, but they were too busy playing parking police to look at the inflation. Literally had to move four times and it still wasn’t good enough. I was not able to get a basic inflation check!!! Went across town to the fire stone where they got me in with a matter of seconds to confirm one of the Walmart tires was down to 20 psi and probably has a leak. They’re already inspecting it. Will NEVER By Walmart tires again.

Only reason why it’s not getting full stars is twice an employee named Ryan decided to have attitude and the thing is the employee had nothing to do with me or what I was getting done at all. Guess he is just one of those people that like to make others day worse cause he is unhappy about his!

Had an appointment at 9 and showed up on time for 4 new tires to be put on. Took over an hour and a half to be completed. They took walk ins and started working on them before my vehicle. What’s the purpose of the appointment?

Bought tires for my daughter when in from out of own. Good price for tires and service was as expected. Only issue was when she took car in for appointment they seen a 19yo confused woman dropping it off. It was almost immediate that the upsales began. She listened to it all laughed looked at me and said your right dad they do try to sell a female BS not needed. Face on clerk was priceless and waiting area laughed.Teach your kids basics about cars so they do not get taken advantage of. Also do not expect dealership quality work from a place who makes money on quantity of work done not always quality.

Friendly service. Needed new tires, it took a little while but I am satisfied with my tires and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg! Definitely will come back!

We were told that it was an hour wait before they could get my truck in for a new set of tires. In under an hour after they told me that, it was done. Great job. Im impressed. Thank you so much.

Talk about shady! The technician that worked on our truck was a liar.I would question if anything was done correctly. We knew we had a low tire. After paying for the service just an oil change, they claimed they vacuumed the vehicle, they didnt. They claim they checked the light bulbs, no they didnt because we had a reverse light bulb out. They claim they aired the tires, no they didnt because, checked the tires with tire gauge after the service before we left the parking lot. When seeing all they claimed they did and went back in to dispute service work, technician had just gone home. BEWARE EVERYONE!

Just called to get some air on my tires and even the customer service was great. The staff is very friendly the guy that helped me air up my tires he was so nice. I never thought that it would be free to get your tires aired up lol they were very helpful.

They put the wrong oil and filter in my car. They spilled oil all over the engine compartment and didnt clean it up. Also they use fram filters which are terrible. They didnt refund my money. I took it to the dealership to fix their mistake and it was LESS money than Walmart. The previous weekend I took 2 rims in to get tires put on them. They switched out perfectly good tires rather than putting them on the rims. They did fix that mistake but I wont be back.

My lastest bad experience of multiple bad experiences. I was lied to about the placement of a nail in my side wall in order to squeeze a new tire sale out of me. Not appreciated it all. I told your sales attendant Id give you one more chance after I told him my last three issues. You where the only shop open at the time, lesson learned, I will sleep in my car and wait for a reputable shop to open before wasting my time again. You guys should honesty be ashamed of the way business is run in your shop. I worked for Sears Auto for 5 years and never needed to lie about a nail in the side wall to get sale.Avoid an all coscosts.

Bought new tires here, great experience with the service.They initially told me it would be a 3-4hr wait before my car could be seen, and if I left, I could be skipped. This is the Walmart standard policy, but the employees went out of their way to accommodate, which is not something you typically experience at a Walmart! I left to run some errands, aware that I could be skipped if my turn came up, and after only an hour they called to tell me they were ready for me. They kept a bay open to wait for me to get there, rather than skipping me.10/10 for the Sunday morning staff!

Went in to get my tires rotated, they informed me of a large nail in one of the tires and helped me get a good deal on a new tire. They even showed me the nail! The wait wasn’t long whatsoever, the guys are great and very informative! I had my van serviced January 7th and everything was done within an hr and a half

Had a tire repaired here. I was lucky to get right in. The guy was respectful and friendly. He even put my tire back on and moved the spare into the holder under the bed. All that work for the cost of a tire repair.

I got four new tires mounted in a little over an hour with great customer service and price. I am quite satisfied and will keep coming back.

We got a flat tire in the parking lot of walmart to decided to get it repaired. It was pretty quick considering we didnt call ahead and tire is going strong still.

Very happy with this particular center. Was on a storm chase and my vehicle was damaged and I needed to get two front tires and they had me in and out within 2 hours. Very happy with that.

If you have a splash guard on the bottom of your vehicle, make sure you check to see if it is put back on correctly before you leave this place. Mine is now cracked and hanging down due to their negligence. I wonder why I see so many cars around here with splash guards hanging down because they probably got an oil change at this location! I would not recommend taking your car here. I will not be back to this location nor will any of my family members.

They are fast and friendly. When I came in 45 minutes before they were scheduled to close they got my car in and done even thought they were already working on two other cars.

Went a few minutes ago and an old guy was working the counter, literally took 20 mins with a lady then turned around and took 20 mins again with another guy before us. By the time he finished those two there was 6-7 people in line so we left. HORRIBLE.

I got my ties change there and I noticed my breakers werent working like they should while I found out the other day the people doing it didnt plug my abs plug back in about just realizing yesterday when I was fixing my car the wire was hanging down and now its broke I wouldnt trust the guys there! 😡

Wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star asked tbroguht my vehicle in for an oil change an asked them to add coolant because I knew it was low got a call after I checked it in an was told they can’t add coolant. It was their policy because they could get the mixture wrong and be held liable for damage on top of that they couldn’t even recommend or tell me how much I needed to add. A 20 minute wait turned into a 2 hour wait. Won’t recommend this place at all.

I have gone here twice. Both times they were rude, huffed and puffed and treated me like I was stupid. They both gave me different information than when I called.

They did not do the oil change after waiting for over 2hrs. I found out later that the technician could not remove the oil filter due to over torque. It was their fault because I did oil filter change here every time it was due for oil change. They did not take a good care of the customer,and did not take responsibility for what they have done.
