Upon arrival they had not opened and the manager opens the door and asks that they wait about 15 minutes because they are not ready to serve customers. They still hadnt checked the cash registers.

Horrible service. Half an hour waiting in line and there were only two people before me. 5 employees in the store and the line was not moving. I do not recommend it to anyone.

2 weeks ago I went through this Juncos store for problems with my vehicle and it really was a long time since I was so pleased to enter a store that they are so attentive and helpful. The employee helped me by putting a diagnostic machine and got me the part, then the Store Manager of the store very helpful offered to assemble it so that I did not have to call a crane. I was on call and needed to get to the Industrial Hospital to attend an emergency with a patient and never really told them what my Profession was and how much I needed to get to the Hospital.Thanks for the human quality and the great service they provide, I understand that they dont have a workshop and they didnt have to assemble the piece, so thanks to the Manager and the work team for taking the service to another level. Lousy customer service and the onyx manager Vieira does not work .. they must make changes yesterday I went to look for a piece and it was not and supposedly they sent it to look for it and when I go the next day it neither appeared on the computer nor did they send it to look for and the manager an arrogant of 7 soles I do not return to autozone of reeds do not work! I went to HUMACAO, I was attended by the manager from Saturday morning, November 8 and the difference in customer service is from heaven to Earth!
