These guys are a joke. They are rude and ignore you. They also dont know how to count windows. Would never recommend. Mater of fact i tell people stay away from them!

Im a realtor here in Joplin and Ive never received such rude and unprofessional service anywhere. It took over 3 months to het window in and many rude calls and conversations with the owners. When it finally came in they told me and my clients two different stories if when they got it. Its been there since ladt week and still do t have a date if when they will install. I said well it ahould be priority, Chris said yes it should, and hung up on me! I would never recommend anyone use them.

I called for a quote and left my number and he never called back. So I called elsewhere. Someone answered Windows and More....I asked for a quote and he said text me your number and i will call you back...he said he was busy right now...so I did with the word quote and my address. Then no call back. It was the right number, sir.

My husband and I had a porch built to the front of our home! Mike, Mitch and Phil came and worked on a Saturday and Sunday to get started, Mike came back Monday and finished up the work on Tuesday! What a wonderful job they have done! They built a bench onto our porch that I can go out and read and the bench was wonderfully made! Mike out did himself with the work! We will definitely use them again and we would recommend their work to others! Thanks Chris and Clay and Zac for their work to get supplies and recommendations for us! Thank you!!!! We had a porch built onto the front of our house and I wanted a built in bench! They did a wonderful job! They went above and beyond with their work! Mike, Mitch and Phil worked wonderfully to get what we wanted! Mike built the bench and it is absolutely beautiful!!! I would definitely work with them again!

I had a small but difficult installation job of a couple of garage windows where no windows existed before. Mitch & Will werent able to get to my place until almost 4:30 but came anyway. They worked hard & late (dark). They did a great job and cleaned up after. I really appreciate all they did for a challenging job like mine and would recommend them to anyone.

This company has given our home on Grand Lake a fabulous new make over. They installed new siding, all new windows, construction involving front and rear porches, and so much more. They were so knowledgeable in helping us develope the plans we wanted and turn them into reality. They were always on time and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Do not hesitate to call them and discuss your project, you will be amazed how they will help you. To this day people still stop by and complement us on how nice our house looks. Thanks guys

Spoke with them several times to get a project done on a house. Explained many times what I needed done and they continually did not do what I asked for. Terrible service and the owner was very rude.

I made an apt Wed Sept 30 with 4 state windows & more. There was another company with the name windows & more with a different phone number. I made an apt with them for Thur Oct 1 at 8am .I waited till 9am to call & see why they hadnt come I was told they had come out Wed at 9. I explained on line it looks like they are 2 different companies with different phone number. I tried to ask why I wasnt called when they saw my name again today since I found out its the same company but I was interrupted & talked over. I said would you let me finish my sentence & he said no. Very rude & unprofessional.

We were selling our house last November and needed one window replaced. I called Windows and More and Chris said they could have it done in about 6 weeks. We paid him in full (November 28th) to order the window and have it installed because we were closing on the house in December and would be moved by the time the window came in. Fast forward to April. The window was still not installed. The new home owners tried to contact Chris several times to set up a time. Even their mortgage company contacted Chris (it was a VA loan and the mortgage company went on good faith the window would be installed). When they did get a hold of him, times were promised but never delivered upon. My husband called him at the end of April to see what was up. Chris said the new home owners wouldn’t return his calls, which we knew wasn’t right because they had been trying to get ahold of him! Chris Gabe us excuse after excuse why the window hadn’t been installed. My husband finally said the window needed to be installed in a week or we needed our check back. Chris said they couldn’t get it installed it that week so he would mail the check back to us. Well that was 3 weeks ago and we have yet to get the check. I hate to write a bad review but good grief! This is just poor business, not to mention just plain stealing our money!!! And we had to go ahead and pay the new home owner another $300 so they could get the window replaced. So we are out $600! Not happy at all!!!!

I hate to give 1 star for what this company has put me through. I had 10 windows replaced in my rental home. They forgot to order one of the windows (they miscounted). I called them immediately, that was 4 months ago and still counting.
