Our kiddo went in for a perm. And when we left he was devastated. Not at all what we wanted, the front of his hair was straight with no curls whatsoever, we asked her to shape up the sides and that was botched too. Not a good experience at all, we ended up having to cut most of his hair off. He was bawling. Do not recommend for perms.

What an amazing experience. Taylor was really attentive and made sure to ask plenty of questions to make sure I got the style and color I want. A nice and relaxing atmosphere made it wonderful.

Showed the stylists multiple pictures of what I wanted, simply white hair. After she finished, my hair was literally yellowed out. I told her it was not right and she argued with me saying I told her highlights. I showed her the pictures I originally showed her and she seemed confused. I was supposed to come back another day to have it fixed, but the manager called and said I was banned from returning for being difficult, even though I had never had a problem once before there. They kept my $50 deposit, even though they did not complete the job, and now I had to go somewhere and pay even more for someone who actually did it per the picture I showed. I had bleach left in my hair, with pictures as proof and other product left as well. Other reviews warned of this same issue, be careful of going here.Update: i never demanded anything and your stylist never said anything about how hard white hair is. When it turned out yellow, she said you wanted yellow highlights right? It wasnt about the white hair, your stylist made a mistake and is lying to you. Your yelp scores also speak volumes.

Went in for an eyebrow waxing. While they came out looking fairly decent, I did have to shape up myself at home as she missed a few spots. Was not very personable or friendly and was very quick, almost too quick. Didnt make me feel very welcome. I probably wont return.

Took my partner to get her hair cut. Totally uncut hair for years. She give the stylist pictures of the cut she wants. Well the partner comes out and the hair looks similar to the picture. But what was really being sought after was a shorter cut not touching the shoulders. Now partner walks around with hair in a pony tail as soon as she leaves. The stylist would not cut her hair shorter after several times of asking. Now we are going somewhere else to see if the stylist will give her what she is asking for. Thanks for the wasted 50 bucks

I have been to a few different places to get my daughters hair where she wants it to be. I was super frustrated! We saw Mikayla and stressed what we wanted and really there wasnt a need to stress as she knew exactly what to do and the steps that needed to be done to get there. My daughter and I love her. I showed the girl the picture that I wanted how I wanted my haircut. With confidence she went wash my hair and cut my hair. I didnt say anything as she was drying it I said it was a little short in front after it was dry and it was a blunt cut rather than a reverse bob. She went on to finish drying my hair it didnt look anything like the picture, I asked her if she wanted to see the picture she says no I got it. She went on to ask for some help and a lady who worked there when is it oh yes she wants it a little shorter in the back, as I showed her the picture as well. I thought for sure it would all be well. The gal who cut my hair went on to curl my hair I explained to her that it takes a little bit of product so she used some wax spray which obviously did not work in my hair. I waited from February until now to get my haircut because of covid, now I wish I would have waited another week because as soon as I got in the car I used my bottled water to douse my hair so I dont feel so ashamed for my husband to see me.UPDATE: THIS JUST POPPED UP ON MY PHONE, I GUESS DUE TO OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW. THE RESPONSE BELOW IS FALSE. THIS WAS NEVER RESOLVED, NOBODY EVER CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE! IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND LIKE A DUMMY I PAID IN FULL! WALKED TO MY CAR AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, TOOK MY BOTTLE OF WATER AND WET MY HAIR TO TRY TO FIX IT.

My stylist was Ava. Right away she made me feel welcome and at home. She expertly talked me through the cut and color, giving me her suggestions in what would work well for my hair type. Sara does an amazing job and anything thing that I ask for she does exactly like I was picturing! Sara does a variety of services and they all look fantastic. I always walk out feeling my best. I wish I would of started coming here sooner. It is very easy to get an appointment and you are immediately greeted when you walk through the door. The other thing I love is they always tell you the products that they are using on your hair and you can buy them in the store if you like them. Sarah there is the best stylist I’ve ever been too! She is so sweet and tries to make her clients feel as comfortable as possible. I went in with complete dark brown hair and wanted to add lots of blonde! She did it in under 2 hours and continued to check and my hair considerably to ensure that the dye wasn’t going to damage my hair in a bad way!
