I have been on hold from 2:45pm all the way through 4:30and no one answered the phone. The trash Truck ripped the cords out at my house and they cant even answer the phone.
The trash service we had before was rude and usually unprofessional; Kevin Is both freindly, Punctual, and uniformed. Trash service is a dirty job, nobody likes dealing with some of the stinks and stinches. Thank you for offering a better service for our area, Joplin regional airport is happier with your service. We have had to bring our trash to the transfer station so many times because they never pick up and yet my bill is now 84$ trash didnt get picked up again. Had to call again... and was put on hold for over an hour!! And then I finally hung up. Called using my daughters phone picked up in 5 minutes. This company is a joke,
Have tried multiple times to contact representative about no trash pick up scheduled 5 days ago. Get put on hold, then voicemail. No way to contact someone after hours. Very poor customer service.
I live in Baxter Springs, this morning the trash truck pulled up at my house and I was upset, yes, it is my regular trash day but it is also Thanksgiving and I didn’t figure the trash would be picked up until tomorrow, therefore my trash cans were not at the curb. The person driving the truck actually came up to the house and pulled my trash bins down to the curb to dump them. I want to thank him for taking time to go the trash mile. We would have had to wait another week, and would not have had any room in our dumpsters this week. Again, thank you to this driver!
Customer service stinks. They never answer the phone and you pay full price for half service. We are lucky if trash gets picked up twice a month. Complaints work for a few weeks and then back to the same.
Not sure what has happened, but customer service for WCA Joplin has deteriorated drastically in the past year. I was a happy customer for 3.5 years. When we sold our home and put in a cancellation for service, we have had nothing but problems.1. WCA Joplin rarely answers the phone and when you leave a message they don’t call you back.2. The people who answer the phone are rude and disrespectful. They also aren’t always honest.3. We cancelled service over a month ago, and WCA has still not picked up the waste container from our old house. We have had two separate dates that the trash container was supposed to be picked up, and they just didn’t show. No call. No communication. Last time I spoke with them, they said they didn’t know when they would get around to it.4. They drafted another 3 month payment out of my checking account, even though I had cancelled the service a month before. The rep I spoke with, told me it was my fault for not cancelling auto-pay. However, my auto pay settings were set to pay the full bill amount and my bill amount was $0.Never again will I use WCA. And never again will I refer them.
Unfortunately we dont have any other options for service they have hit my mail box several times and we will goes weeks without being picked up everytime I call I get told someone will be there today and they never show.
We have had to call driver back due to us not being ready and they have sent him back by. They also work with how many times per month that we need their services. Very happy over all with the service and communication with this company.

My trash service is to be picked up on Mondays. It is now Thursday and my trash has not been picked up. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and now Thursday and they said it would be picked up and it still has not been picked up. 😡
