Can’t say enough good things about this gym and the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It has seriously changed my life for the better both mentally and physically. The gym is filled with great training partners and top notch instructors. David Lopez, our black belt and head instructor provides a great environment for all to feel welcome on the mats.

Great instructors and so welcoming to newcomers. As one of the few females, I appreciate that all belts and instructors create an environment comfortable for women and equally encourage everyone to come back and work hard.

People there all about helping each other grow.. great place to get your children into for self defense . first week is free there which is really nice if you never seen jiu jitsu before. ill definitely be enrolling my daughter once she is old enough. the instructor david lopez is a great teacher by the way.
