Had such a great experience here! Erin not only was super friendly, she helped me out and was super kind to help me track down a package on time that I was unable to receive earlier in the day. Definitely above and beyond customer service, and should totally be commended for it.

I understand there is some ice on roads right now, but if both FedEx and USPS are able to deliver their mail to people, including myself, I dont see why its difficult to deliver my package.

UPS drivers come down my Cul-de-sac every day at a high rate of speed. This is totally unacceptable because they are only seconds away from any house they are going too, plus there are children on our street.

The only reason Im giving this place 2 stars is because I havent had any issues with delivery and drivers. The lady that staffs the service counter at the Joplin customer center is one of the most nasty, disagreeable persons I have ever had to deal with. She may be a great employee and very competent in the shipping business, but she needs to be put somewhere where she doesnt need to go anywhere near the counter and interact with the public. Counter hours are too limited, I guess they really prefer for people to take their packages to a UPS Store. The Fedex customer center in Webb City is the exact opposite, a pleasure to deal with.

They could have had my minor son killed by alcohol poisoning due to not getting a adult to sign for the package which was not even ours was last person that lived heres alcohol and it was just left on the porch for anyone to pick up so looking into suing them for not following proper procedure and doing somthing highly illegal..

I ordered my package Thursday and paid for 2 day air shipping and the tracking keeps saying delayed because of weather the roads are fine here and the ups tuck was down my road yesterday but didnt stop and the today it said it was in route from Joplin be here today and then and 1230 it said delayed again 8 dont understand

I dropped off a package in a drop box on Saturday July 18th and it hasnt been scanned into the system yet. I called the Vinita, Ok office and the first call the Manager stated that she would contact the driver and see what was going on and have him check the drop box. That call was Tuesday July 21st. I called back today and the Manager told me that she had more important things to take care of. Are you kidding me!?! Why is this not a priority and who says that. I asked her for her name and there was no response, I thought we were disconnected. But I then called back and she was rude and told me I didnt need to know her name and she then hung up on me yet again. WOW....Why is my missing somewhat Expensive package not a priority!?! I am now on hold with the corporate office. I sure hope they can get a driver out to the location to retrieve my package. I have always used ups. Im very disappointed and my feelings are a bit hurt. My mind is blown.

Asked driver numerous times to honk cause Im always home (retired). So Im waiting on an expensive, important package and... nothing, till I see a sticker on my mailbox that says attempted delivery! It is Friday so now I have to wait till Monday. Guess Ill have to sit in my lawn chair out by the road to get my package. Grrrrrrrrr

I ordered a new phone online. The company I bought the phone from chose ups as the carrier. The address was 100% correct and have received packages at this address before. They said they could not deliver due to a bad address. Called customer service and they said they cant help and they would try again Monday. There are tracking numbers for a reason. They know where the package is then they should know the driver. Common sense people use your own tracking information and get ahold of the driver. Whats the point of having a customer service if your not going to actually help the customer?

They are so bad, got there at 9am no one at front counter, a guy playing on his phone! I asked if I can drop off a package he said he had no idea the person responsible is in the back. She never came up after waiting 15 minutes I left. Terrible customer service I rather drive to another town

Apparently they tried to deliver a package that needed signed for to me when I was home (in a house full of dogs that would bark and make sure I knew someone was at the door if they even tried to knock!) And left a note saying they would be back to deliver it the next day... that was three days ago and when I tried to call my local hub to see if I could just go to them and pick it up I get transferred to some random call center get put on hold for 15 minutes and then get told sorry we are having a technical problem and they cant even tell me if I can go and pick my package up myself. Seriously ridiculous at least have people available that know what the hell is going on I wish I could put 0 star review but it wont let me post that

UPS is just horrible, and dont try to call and get issues resolved unless you want to speak with someone who either doesnt speak English, and/or can not comprehend English. Their customer service department is COMPLETELY USELESS!! A zero star rating would be much more appropriate. 😠

The drivers will not deliver to my address. I have called customer service I’ve complained I’ve done everything I can do on my end. Each time I have a package through UPS they label it as a natural disaster and undeliverable. I am a combat veteran who is receiving veterans health administration medications through the mail which cannot be held and must be delivered. My medications are returned to sender and I can’t get any help from customer service. The supervisor who has been the hardest on me and seems to be the one giving the orders not to delivered to my residence, his name is Mark. Best I can do is let everyone know that after two years of dealing with this mess I have gotten nowhere and I will go ahead and say that UPS is definitely not a veteran friendly company.

Really tired of this place not delivering my packages. Everytime I have a package from Amazon shipped by them they never deliver and make me come pick it up. They seem to think they cant go down my driveway. There is not a damn thing wrong with my driveway. It paved. FedEx doesnt have issues delivering. USPS doesnt have problems delivering. Have had bigger trucks than ups delivery trucks come up my driveway. So I dont see what the damn problem is. Really tired of this lazy company.

They are the least competent and dull people Ive ever had to deal with. I order a lot of things that go through UPS and every time I worry if my experience will be horrible. Honestly not once were those worries unjustified. Every single time I have to deal with these people they amaze me with their idiocy. They constantly lose my things, try to blame me for it and even when I think Ive circumvented the process, they somehow screw me over. Its amazing how they still have jobs.

They never knock always just leave my packages on door step, yesterday i was expecting to get my replacement phone after i lost it on Thanksgiving, didnt even knock, was in my living room eating lunch when it was said to be delivered, they just stuck a note a on my door.

They have delivered my packages twice to wrong address. And when you try to call them all you ever get is recording that says they didnt get what you were saying. They need a number that is answered by a human for reasons like this. Only way I reached anyone this time was thru messenger on Facebook. Now Im waiting for a call back this morning. Im not a happy customer!
