I was greeted in a friendly manner when I walked in the door and offered assistance immediately. I mentioned to the staff that I had zero knowledge on lawnmowers and they took the extra time to explain everything in detail to me, even though the store was closing in less than an hour. The staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The best part is, they did not try to push products on me and gave me plenty of time to make a decision. I felt no pressure! I walked into the store knowing nothing and walked out with a new lawnmower and was even given a full tutorial on how to work the mower, when to maintenance, and many more helpful tips. I am very pleased with the service I received today and would highly recommend M&K outdoor products!

Broken pull cord, my wife took it in, they explained how they could fix it with their big strong hands and would cost $20. Three weeks later they called to say it was finished, it was $76. Waited 30 min for mower to be brought out, then they said the tag was off the mower and could we pick it out. We handed our credit card to the people but they did not give it back. We called them and they said yes they have the card, we go pick up the card and they said are you the one that forgot your credit card? They took the card from us there was no option that we swipe the card, they have to do it. Very unprofessional, I wont darken their doorway ever again.

Knowledgeable guys here, they were able to find parts on an old discontinued mower that no one else could find. Plus they have tons of awesome looking mowers that will make you debate on getting a new one. Id reccomend stopping in if you need some parts.

They did a warranty repair on my Husqvarna riding lawn mower. Got the job done on time with no problems. Excellent service and I really appreciate the job they did.It was a no brainier when I needed parts for my Briggs and Stratton engine.
