Washer out of order. Not marked, lost my money. Folding areas ample but no customer restroom. No pets allowed. (15th st. allows them on a leash) No panhandlers present at the time I went but have heard reports. No attendant on duty to give refunds. Because theres no zero stars I have to give a one. Only came here because my usual place was crowded while this place was almost dead. 1 other customer besides myself. I wont come back here if I can help it.

Ive been going to BettIys Laundry for years, & the last several months it has been very clean. The Attendant, was very Helpful, & Pleasent. Proud, to be doing my laundry, at Bettys Laundry!

Very clean laundromat. Washers and dryers are in good working order and fair priced. I was there close to opening and it was quiet and not crowded.

Facility was clean, and the machines l selected worked. Cant complain about that.

My daughter and I totally loved this place! It was the best! It is a nice facility with great machines and everything was kept up well. We were able to do 8 loads of laundry in a relatively short period of time at $1.75 a load for regular washers. Drying was 25 cents for 6 minutes of drying so only need about 4-5 quarters to dry a load. They also had HE washers that were a little more at $3.00 per load. My daughter said shell definitely come back when she has a lot of laundry to do. It also made me feel better that it seemed safe & secure for her to be there.

This place is great! My homr dryer caught fire so I had to dry my wet laundry elsewhere for a week. This placed clean, friendly, safe and well kept!

Called before I came to make sure I could bobtail in to do laundry. The man on the phone was exuberant and said yes. We love truck drivers. I will be back. Nice place. And plenty of machines. Not too expensive either. I can never do laundry in truckstop because not enough machines. Also easy access from exit 4 truckstops.

I am a truck driver. I called to see if they will pick up and delivery. They were more than happy to. I stopped at the Petro in Joplin Missouri. They came and picked up my laundry. And brought it back to me in about 2 hours. More than happy with their service. They charge a dollar a pound at this time.

First time here. Would give 5 stars if the bathroom wasnt out of order and the sink had paper towels available. Aside from that, the attendant was polite and checked on us - without being obtrusive. She was constantly sweeping up the parking lot, or cleaning the machines, or politely chatting with regulars. Clean, cheap, well-maintained. Ignore the bullet hole in the window.

It would be better if they had a restroom

Sort of stranded here in Joplin. Truck is at Peterbilt and the company is fighting the $5,762 bill. We have been in hotels for a week and it was time to do laundry. I googled laundromats and chose this one based on other reviews. I was not disappointed. It was clean, machines are priced nice and it was so quiet. The attendant was a personable fellow. Im usually stuck getting robbed at truck stop laundry (Bettys $1.75 machine is $2.50 - $3.00 & so is dryers at truck stops) so this was a real nice change.

Place was clean. I used the 3 of the triple washers and the 4 nearby dryers. All worked great. When Ive got bedding to wash this is the place

I did my laundry here ever since I was 11 years old up until my teenage years I moved to Dallas and came back and she still there.. Anyway my mother would have be take the laundry and I would put it in the washer go run around and forget about it and I would come back it would be dry and folded the lady she had working for her was so nice and I had the pleasure of knowing Betty and growing up with her daughters... the place has gone through some rough times a lot of times it was vandalized and robbed and the machines were broken into n windows were broke.. Betty did her best to maintain this place by herself

Very clean. Didnt have to spend a lot to wash or dry clothes and dryers werent too cool or way too hot.

The place is always clean I never get harassed by anyone. The only issue is there are no bathrooms and no paper towels in the sink. Those two reason are why 3 stars.

I have small children and they have to come with me to do laundry. It would be nice if the bathroom wasnt locked down.

I always come to this laundromat and bring my kids and the owner is so nice and friendly however there is now a new person working nights and i have seen this person repeatedly run across tge parking lot threatening people that were just passing by yet i had just kep quiet and stayed to myself and ignored tge rude behavior . Tonight i pulled up at 740 to do laundry i ran and the guy on shift ran outside to inform me he was closing at 930 evee though the sign states they close at 10 i onformed him i would be done by 930 he then proceeded to move infront of the door while smoking a ciggarette stating hes sorry but he cant let me in i told him l would be well done by 930 he informed me hes leaving at 930 and all the units were full and i have to go somewhere else and this was done infront of my son i was belittled and profiled as he stated he keeps the homeless and drug dealers away even though ive been in the facility several times i drove to tye next laundromat which is very far from my home just to do laundry which will be done b4 930. I felt comfortable here but now i wont be back and my 13 yr old son is def not a drug dealer hes just a big kid who is of african american decent and works out for sports .
