Easy to do business with and fair pricing

Terrible customer service. I got a 30-yard dumpster at $250 plus $85 a ton. I had filled a 30-yard dumpster the week before and paid $525 through Jordan Disposal for a 30-yard which included up to 4 tons. That dumpster came back at 2.76 tons so I thought going through big john’s would be cheaper considering we were going to fill the second dumpster with similar material (trash from an apartment that was left in shambles). Well, the night before they picked up the dumpster it rained really hard and big john’s quoted me at 4.14 tons. It is very obvious to me that at least one ton of that (probably more) was water weight from the storm. So I called big john’s to ask if they could give me the last ton at the rate they pay for dumping and not the $85. THEY WERE VERY RUDE. He was speaking very disrespectfully to me and I wasn’t going to take that. He ended up giving me a $50 discount but I’m not gunna take it. The way you treat me is way more important to me than a measly $50. Instead I’ll leave this 1-star review and pay full price. Won’t be going back and I recommend you don’t either.
