I was new to Joplin and seeking employment so I went to Express Employment. That day I was told about a few jobs that might be right up my alley. After a couple of interviews I was given an assignment. I loved the job and was told I fit right in. Three months later I was offered a permanent position there. Thanks to Express Employment I found a job that I enjoy working with great people. To the staff at Express Employment, thank you all so much, you are awesome!!

Big waste of my time. They called me asking if I was still looking for work. When I got there I had paperwork to do for them but they couldnt tell me what job they were calling about. (Ive never signed up with them. They pulled my name from an application I had on indeed). After talking with an account mgr we couldnt get together on employment because like most other staffing firms they have limited resources.

The job was helpful and the people were nice. Only problem was my check was short and I was told I had to wait till next week to have it fixed. Well my bills arent going to wait till next week and the misunderstanding could have been settled with a simple phone call!!!

Kera was exceptional in helping us relocate our medical practice from California to NE Oklahoma. Good people are hard to find but express employment services has definitely found a keeper in miss Kera.

I just have to be upfront and honest... it is obviously a numbers game, and not truly in it for people. I had applied for the HR position in which they called me maybe a week later... when I filled EVERYTHING out from my direct deposit to my I-9 documentation, they called me in for the interview. They then told me they are looking for someone with HR experience!! A complete waste of my time. I told them that too. They were already familiar with what was on my resume. I have actually been self-empoyed for the last 7 years... think Im gonna keep it that way!

Shorts pay of hard working employees.. will short you on any over time so they don’t have to pay you. Will give you the run around... would not recommend this place. Just go get hired on directly through company!

Ive dealt with this company for years and highly recommend Express Employment Professionals.The staff are extremely easy to work with and have provided great workers.I like having a company that I trust to find qualified employees to either help us through busy times and some we hire on as full time employees.Im very busy, so by using Express it frees up my time to focus on other things.

I’ve applied for multiple jobs on indeed and they called and ask me to come in to update information as I did. They offered me jobs that I didn’t apply for nor did they try to find me something close to what I applied for. I’ve called multiple times and have yet to receive a call back.

Awesome place to go if looking for work. They have alot of different types of jobs available. The staff they have do an amazing job of placing you where you want to be. Plus they pay every friday

They have bad communication with you getting back to you. They have messed my weekly paycheck up multiple times and wanted me to pay it back. I wanted total I owed back and didnt get a call back to make a payment plan or amount owed. They just decided to doc my paycheck anyways and they havent even have the amount I owe right to make deductions

They did a great job with me. I think its really sad that there are people reviewing how fast their check came IN THE MAIL. If they had to send it through the MAIL, its not their fault that it took awhile. Blame the rona. You people hate too much.

They helped me obtain employment with well paid factory work but by own choices I left for personal reasons. Do not yet know what that looks like when used for references. Mike was great though, always available and efficient.

My sister has been working for them in a job for 3 weeks. She has yet to be paid. They have told her the check is on the mail and refuses to cancel the check and give her a hard copy check or make an immediate ACH credit to her checking account. They have been rude and not at all honest. Watch out for this company.

I’ve worked with express several times. Been hired at jobs through them and gotten better paying jobs with them. Then they terminate me for walking off a job what they fail to realize is that sometimes things don’t work out or something happens to make some people walk off a job. And that’s what I did and called them to let them know and all they tell me in return is that I’m terminated.

Rhonda, the gal who answered the phone, super rude, just wanted some general information and said I could only come in, wouldnt even tell me how things work, said if I really want a job Id have to just come in. Not going to waste their time or mine if there is nothing available that I qualify for??? What the heck lady, learn some personable skills!!. Thats too bad, shame on her

I work for express employment and they have been a great way to help me figure out what types of jobs are/arent for me and I dont have to stay there for long if I decide that job is not right for me, they do request a 2 day notice, but I find this a great resource for me.

I had to call then multiple times as everytime I called I was told the person I needed to speak to was on lunch or on the phone with someone else then they say theyll put you next on the list to be called and you never get called. Express in Neosho was a much much better experience

I had no problem ever receiving a job from express the pay rate, s need to be more competitive.

DOES NOT BACK UP THEIR EMPLOYESS WITH ANY JOB ISSUES. IF YOU COMPLAIN OF SEXUAL HARRASEMENT ON ANY JOB ASSIGNED BY EXPRESS, EXPRESS WILL TERMINATE YOU & DEEM YOU PERMANENTLY UNEMPLOYABLE IN THEIR SYSTEM.

What a run around still after filling out their app and passing their drug test. I have to go through the same steps with employer just so express can take a piece of my hourly rate. Waste of time Everytime.
