Adam was absolutely amazing. Handled my situation perfectly. I was in a car accident recently and my laptop was damaged. It was mainly cosmetic damage, no hard drive damage. I took it in and they got it taken care of. Once it was at the headquarters, I received a call to confirm my repair approvel. Multiple times I was told it was going to cost $108. Unfortunately, when I went to pick my laptop up from Best Buy in Joplin, the total came out to $536. I was confused and told them I was specifically quoted $108 otherwise I would not have approved(my laptop was only worth $650). The young man went to go get his manager, Adam, and I explained the situation. Adam recommended that, even though he couldn’t wave the entire fee, he’d half the total price making out to be only $260. I was so very thankful and Adam was absolutely amazing at handeling the situation. Thank you!

Doing fine with repair. Check in and out needs a lot of improving. Feel like step aside and sit and wait is excessive. Watching several employees. Two working together to get paid. One telling walk up customer have to make appointment to leave computer. Not very impressive. Cost is high...at least be better with face to face custmer service.

A huge shoutout of recommendation to an Awesome 🌟 Agent Richardson who listened to the abundance of details my husband’s iPhone issues were, to then promptly start diagnosis bc it was our 24/7 towing business phone line loss of revenue calls!!! He went above and beyond the many steps of protocol with Apple in 2.5 hr period and discovered so many issues that he got approval for a complete replacement that day for us!!! He even stayed a bit after his shift to make sure replacement was receiving and dialing out calls for us! He has vast knowledge of iPhones as I’m sure many other technologies! Agent Richardson possesses what’s rare these days of great customer service attitude with the compassion to take upmost care as if it were his own iPhone when resolving the issues presented to him! He & Justin the manager of Best Buy both aimed to not let us leave w/o a working phone which we were greatly appreciated of!
