Original company has been sold and now we have this. They are focused extending their coverage area and not focused servicing existing customers. I have not had internet service for over a month. When you call the customer service number you get a 3rd party representing them that can not really help you. If you email through the customer portal online you dont get a response. If you call the billing department you get a voicemail and they dont call back.They offered lifetime pricing but did not honor it and increased prices. The state attorney generals office has been contacted.The company responds by having the local installer call to discuss the complaint but never to discuss about resolving equipment issues for internet connectivity. I have even requested that their equipment be removed and service be cancelled and I cant even get an email or phone call back.
