Called Allan at Crystal Clean Carpets for my home. He was very professional and discussed the method he used to deliver clean carpets. He answered many questions for me and was able to provide a verbal estimate. He even was was willing to work with my timeline on starting this project. Allan arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. He was able to remove some stains and restore my carpet to a like-new state. My favorite thing is that my carpets got clean and they were ready to walk on after an hour. This is not the traditional method where carpets get soaked and you have to wait a day to put everything back. Great service, too!

Scheduled quickly and was done in less than an hour. I paid extra to move furniture but, carpet did not get cleaned underneath. Cereal was still on the floor under the couch. Stains were still there the next day. I wouldnt use again.

I didnt have high hopes for the carpet at the office we rent. I just wanted it to be clean. Turns out, whomever shampooed the carpets previously used too much soap which was attracting more dirt. Alan recognized the issue and spent more time to resolve it. Six months later,....I never had to buy a rug to cover it up! It looks great!!! He said if I got a spot on it in the future he would make a quick run over it to get it up free of charge but we havent had to take him up on it because it still looks so good!

Worth every penny! I called Crystal Clean Carpets on a Tuesday desperate for a good carpet cleaner and Alan got me scheduled that same week. It was a big job, just moved out of our home, and needed the carpets spotless for renters to move in. Alan and his son did a fantastic job! I had an unusual request, I needed our Jimmy’s Egg Mascot cleaned and I needed it done fast. I called every dry cleaner in Joplin and had begun to lose hope.
