I started the process of financing a car here last week. The salesman didn’t hardly respond to my messages and did not update me on anything regarding financing. After finally calling this afternoon and asking, I was told everything was fine and the paperwork came through. This evening I get a text saying the car was sold.Very unimpressed with the lack of communication and the fact that my credit was checked only for them to sell the car out from under me.I did not, and will not use this business. Sales may be your occupation, but you can still be a decent human.

Cant speak highly enough about this business! I took in a freak wind accident that left my car covered in 100% waterproof silicone 🤦‍♀️. Obviously this was a task they hadnt been faced with yet, so they ended up keeping it overnight. They provided me with a loaner so I had zero worries or inconveniences when it came to them needing that time to make my car look brand new 😍. Love that they provide detailed photos and explained how they were able to get her back to looking new💕 100% strongly recommend Shane and crew for all your detail needs!!!

In February I purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper .. as soon as I got it home it started blowing tons of white smoke .. I called them and told them about it.. they basically said tough!! I took it to Several different foreign auto mechanics all of them say that it needs a new motor, I have tried numerous times in the past to contact Shane and his assistant. I have been ignored and Getting nowhere. I don’t know what to do I am stuck with a $10,900 2011 mini Cooper with a blown motor. Plus I got taken on the down payment. I 100% Do not recommend this car lot!!!

Go elsewhere!!! Tested and purchased a 2014 VW Passat with 50,xxx miles for around $11,000. Car drove perfect... until about 5 days of owning it. First issue, my car wouldnt start at all but they paid for the $200 part to fix it (which I appreciated greatly) and i figured that would be the end of it but then not even weeks later my coolant light came on as well as battery light and ive been taking it to the shop every other day with new issues, ive spent $2,000 on repairs and will probably have to spend more. Owned this car about 3 months and have gotten to actually use it maybe 3 weeks out of those 3 months. Im actually on the side of the highway writing this review waiting for a tow. Worked hard to finally save up for a reliable car and this is what i got... sad
