Best phlebotomist in Joplin!! Will not go anywhere else and highly recommend if you’re phobic about getting blood drawn.

Visit was quick (I was there for a pre-employment drug screening). But the staff were less than pleasant.There wasnt a real sign directing where their office is. But its on the first floor. If you park on the west side you will access the first floor directly. However if you park on the east side, you will have to take the elevator down to the first floor.

I had my biometric evaluation done here today the lady that drew my blood and did my measurements was wonderful. I hardly felt the needle stick. She showed such kindness when I, without planning to do so, told her my immediate problems. She was a very kind listening ear. She is an awesome person!!!❤

They are fast and theyre better at finding a vein than when I donate blood. Im in and out of there in a flash. Absolutely no complaints!

The woman up front has a snotty attitude and is slow moving. Im not a dog. Treat me like a person.

The machine that you check in at was friendlier than staff. I felt very sorry for the elderly patients who were being growled at for just asking how to check in with the machine. Very disrespectful staff. Need some training in customer service. I wont go back again!

Went in to take a drug test. Was warned ahead of time that they tend to drop the ball on drug tests and was told to keep my receipt. My drug test came back Negative Dilute. My urine wasnt apparently urine enough for their drug screening. I dont use drugs and I barely drink. I had a redbull before I went in and asked if it would effect the results of my drug test and the lady said no I called them and talked to them about it and they essentially said sorry bout ya

One of the staff members was awesome but the other was very rude even another lady told the staff she was being rude to me.

I have always received prompt, friendly service at Joplin LabCorp.
