No longer a member after 10yrs. There was a time you would be greeted at the front main entrance, which made you feel welcomed, that is long gone. You walk in now and employees are on their phones, too bored or uninterested with what’s going on the other side of the counter. Except for the other entrance, across from Sam’s, you get a simple “Hi!” or recognition.

Amazing place. I love to swim here as the pool is well ventilated and heated, but not hot.

Have been a member for many years on and off. I signed a 1-year contract around November of 2020. I moved to a different state and they wouldn’t let me cancel over the phone. I’ve been charged $70/month because of this. I’m back in town and was able to cancel today on June 28 with a $25 cancellation fee, but the manager said he’d also charge me for July because I didn’t cancel before the 25th. Crazy!

I was going through the process of decline my membership and they refused to stop charging my membership. The manager at the Jonesboro Arkansas area told me I had to come in and pay to cancel membership. I never used the membership and it was during my trial time that I cancelled my membership. I was out of a nice piece of change after dealing with them. Its really sad!!

I have been going to this gym since I was 11 years old and I love it! My favorite part is that they have a women’s only workout section! Incredible amenities as well! Best gym in Jonesboro!!

This gym definitely haves a good size and variety for being in such a small town like here,that was impressive.I loved that they have a pool and even a whirlpool and sauna in the ladies bathroom!The down side...lots of construction going on,one time I was inhaling turpentine from the fan were the treadmills are while running...they had painters over in a different room but the smell was extremely strong,it made me dizzy after a while and being on a treadmill running isnt a good combination to inhale that.Also I have to questioning the cleaning staff...while using the treadmill I had a small paper towel with me from wiping the treadmill off before using it and when I left I forgot it there in those bottle holders...next day I went (around 10.00 am) and used the same one and that paper towel was still there.That happened couple times before...🤢You would think with covid going on they pay more attention to such things but nope.I recommend to always clean whatever you gonna touch before using any of those machines!Here some pictures I made from some paper towels still sitting in the same spot the day before ...Again,with Covid going on thats actually sad.Small white towels dont smell pleasant but oh well.Still overall ok I guess...but pricey for the stage of cleanliness

Came up there and dropped my three daughters off, first off they needed Ids even though we have a membership. Second my third daughter had to pay as a guest bc she was not yet on the membership! . One of the staff was very rude and not polite. Other three just stood there and talked the whole time . Won’t be coming there anymore !

We love trim gym...We have been members for awhile now and everyone is so friendly. Im a keep to yourself kinda workout girl and love that I can come in put my headphones on and knock my workout. I never have long waits to do anything I want. Typically Im there first thing in the morning or in the afternoons before 3.

Great gym, has everything you need for olympic style lifting, bench press, squat rack, cable machines, leg press ECT.. Prices are reasonable also, and has a day pass. The womens room has good equiptment also. Daycare is closed due to covid.

Best club ever! I have been a member at several clubs after my time at The Trim Gym and i have not found anything even close to the quality. It was easy to take for granted the cost for amenities, however this club would be well over$100 a month in Any other place! I have traveled and trained at clubs across the country, the only ones with amenities even remotely comparable are globo gyms with terrible customer service and fees that are much much higher ($35 for daily fees for comparable amenities). Always love coming back to this club!

Good place to do your fitness

My husband and I got an account at Trim Gym they were the nicest people. They helped us out, showed us around, and explained how everything went. Trim Gym employees have been far the nicest to me and my family. If you want a nice facility to work out at go to Trim Gym, it’s worth it.

This gym has EVERYTHING! They more weights than a football team court. Every machine that money can buy. An indoor track. A pool. Most importantly a basketball court! Best gym in Jonesboro!

I liked the facility while I was a member there. Staff was never really that friendly though but I rarely needed to deal with them. I decided to put my account on hold about 6 months ago because I wasnt sure if I was going to need my membership anymore. I forgot about the account over time and started getting mass texts and emails telling me to update my information recently so I drove to the facility today to tell them to cancel my account. I was hoping they would have automatically cancelled my account since I havent been there in 6 months. No, they charged me $30 dollars for this months membership and told me that there is no way to waive the charge even though I havent been there in half a year and despite that it was a mistake that I forgot to cancel. Even after years as a member they refused to waive one charge I had accidentally left open. Then they tell me if I want to cancel my account I have to pay them or Ill just get charged again next month. Thats really lousy customer service. There was a possibility of me going back in the future but not anymore. I see what they think of their customers now. $$$

Joined the Trim Gym for the Pilates Reformer classes. After two knee replacements and a shoulder replacement, I needed to get back in shape. Took private classes to get back into the routine, then started group class. Pilates on the reformer is the very best total workout I have found. Strengthens and tones the entire body!

The Trim Gym/Three Oaks Racquet Club provides a clean, friendly and always updated facility to do a little or a lot depending on your preference. As well, it’s a great place to see someone you know! 5-Stars

I love, love, love this place. Pool, weights of all kinds, every machine you could think of, ladies only room, classes, ball courts...... I could go on for awhile. Cost is better than reasonable for all they have to offer. My family loves the Trim Gym.

This is my current gym. The staff is so sweet and always welcoming. They have tanning, a pool, whirlpool, daycare, and fitness classes and sooo much more. I love the women only workout room. I never thought I would be a gym person but Ive never felt uncomfortable here and I was so scared of joining a gym but they always make me feel welcomed. I have lost 13 pounds since I joined almost one month ago. I love it.

I work out in the old crossfit area and would recommend it to anyone that wants to work out regardless on how fit you are

Good environment, needs work on the changing and locker room facilities. Do not offer towels for shower they expect you to bring your own. However, lots of equipment and large area for a great workout.

Wow this gym has everything!! They even have Pilates on the Reformers!!! Their outdoor tennis courts will be finished soon! Everything youd ever want in a gym and its very affordable!!!

My personal favorite gym in town. They have a little something for everyone and the staff as always been super nice. Ive personally been using the Trim Gym since 2014. Highly recommend.

Staff were too young and unaware of the rules. Bad customer service. Not enough lighting and felt the gym overall was too dark to motivate me to be there. Large gym with good facilities but deteriorating and outdated equipment. Didnt feel it was worth the money for how much i was going to use the gym for. The contract commitment was not convenient either. My wife and I decided to check out another gym in the boro and we were glad to do so as we found what we were looking for.

Long time member. I love the yoga classes. Lots of equipment. Looking forward the remodeling getting finished to try out the nice new track.

I like trim gym and the facilities .. but you need to seriously train your staff to be friendly to everyone. Some staff are annoyingly noisy. People come in to check their badge and one staff was standing right in front of the badge area and wont move because he was busy talking.

Where do I start?.. First, I joined on a corporate (Nestle) family 24 hour access membership in which I was handed 4 access cards and verified they worked. A week later, i decided to steal a quick workout before my shift. I swiped ALL of the cards at the 24 hour access section did not work. Luckily an employee was at the desk. He took me to the computer and informed me that I in fact did not have 24 hour access even though they had charged me for 24 hour access. He fixed the issue there only to have the same issue resurface the very next time I can back (few days later). This happened at least 4 times. Next, the place put a hold on my account for $80 in which one of the managers told me they were only going to take $51 and the remaining should fall back on to my account, never happened. Then, a couple weeks later I called to ask them to move my payment date from the 2nd to the 6th to avoid a negative balance on my bank account and also overdraft fees and the employee on the phone told me they couldnt move it. I have called to cancel my membership only to be told that I have to arrive in person on top of paying a cancellation fee and $5+ per month that I actually already paid for lol. No issue out if the males but the females are VERY discriminative concerning who they greet and are courteous to, makes me wish there was an entrance with no humans just a machine to check in. Facility is nice and the gym has an awesome indoor pool for doing laps and since Im a army powerlifter I thoroughly enjoy the options the gym offers. Pretty good facility but insanely overpriced considering that you have multiple other gyms within a 1 mile radius that off memberships for $1-$10 monthly. I was most DEFINITELY an idiot to ever sign up with this place and trust me, Im still suffering the consequences 😢

These guys are sure enough crooks if you ever try to get out of your membership. I canceled mine months ago in January, and I’m noticing now that they are still charging me monthly 9 months later. Going to call tommorow and straighten these idiots out. Good luck with these crooks if you choose to leave.
