What dont they do at this location. Excellent customer service. I went in to ship something back to Amazon and had it messed up the girl that helped me was sooo extremely patient and walked me through how to correct my mistake. Highly recommend this location.

Wow!! What top notch customer service!! Tim and his team are one of those businesses you hear about from long ago that are truly there for the customer and will go to the ends of the earth to help a person out. Their goal is not to turn a profit with every transaction but to build a relationship and ensure that what you need gets from point A to point B. I can not recommend them enough. Forget going to the post office, UPS, or Fed Ex. These folks should be your FIRST stop for all packing and shipping needs. I wish I could give more stars than 5 and more thumbs up than 2!!! They are always very professional. Recently I dropped a package off for pick up and had trouble with the tracking number not showing up. Jim was so kind and helpful and genuinely concerned. He was very informative and reassuring. Eventually the package did show up! From this situation I could see that they really care about helping people! They also print our church’s bulletins and do such an excellent job!

I asked for help with a very challenging move to Alaska, and Tim worked diligently with me to find the best, least expensive method of getting there. With the current situation, they could have said no can do, but he did not, and put in a lot of time on my request, beyond what I would have expected.

Pak Mail has taken care of us everytime weve been in the store. I especially love working with Tim. Hes the owner and he just doesnt plant himself in the office... how refreshing! An owner working with the customers.In designing our promotions they invite us to the back of the store so that we can sit down with the designers, making sure our ideas are heard and properly executed. They can print almost anything and are eager to help. If you need it fast, theyll truly do all they can to make that happen.

We do all or our printing, design and shipping with PakMail. Tim and his crew are top notch to say the very least. Most impressively, every staff member knows my name when I walk in the door and I am always greeted by name even if they are engaged with another customer. That is called personal service and something most businesss lack in this day and age. PakMail flat gets it done for us when we need things done. No one is ever to busy to help. I could recommend them more highly.

Very friendly christian atmosphere. Only had one bad service experience. Waited on fax received..sender sent twice . Fax never came threw. Had to go to FedEx store and have it sent to fax in store. Fax came threw within seconds.
