Overall, there were a couple of people who were very helpful and patient. They didnt mind helping. Others were very nonchalant. When it comes to the drug test, I guess if you dont ask, you dont get. No toilet tissue, had to ask. I got urine all over my hand. COULD NOT WASH MY HANDS!!! USE SANITIZER?!?! HAD TO WIPE URINE OFF WITH TOILET TISSUE. Then she used GLOVES to test my urine. It would have been nice for her to offer gloves to me BEFORE going to the bathroom. There was NO consideration for me. I NEED a job, not that bad. Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

Protocol is mandatory in any Staffing Agency; If one leaves an assignment on bad terms its a 6 month probation set-back. Companies use the temps to either get their production up to par or relieve the work load off their permant employees. I personally have my very own protocol..disrespect me and I will verbalize it and leave on my own b4 MY assignment has been ended by some arrogant superior....I AM SUPERIOR....are you?

I have lived in many different states and Express is top-notch in each of these states. I have worked for Express in every aspect of the business within the last 17 years. It was the worse place ever. They said my contract was ending. I was confused what was going on. It was because the client did not want me to work with them. Neither the client or Express did not bother to tell. They set you up on purpose to fail.

I havent worked for these people long at all, need I say they are the worst in my book. I had a bad experience at Post twice but this last time, I only worked for them 3 days and as of 3 weeks ago I still havent got paid. Ive talked to 3 different women Ive text,called and now I am on my way to them face to face. It shouldnt take 3 weeks for me to get paid for 3 measley days 12hrs. They never gave me a log in # so I was using the sign in sheet and their making it seem like Im telling a lie on top of that they have a camera so if needed verifying they couldve looked at that besides the people I worked on the line with!! Im just cant understand whats so hard about giving me my money I worked for!!! I really wish I could give 0 stars but google wont let me.

Best place I have ever worked for. You will not regret your choice if you choose them. They always keep you with steady work! No matter what you are looking for they can offer you a job, with skills or without! They even have a training opportunity! I can tell you from experience they will never make you stay where you are uncomfortable! Safety first and they mean it! I love working for them. They are there to serve you and the customer.

They are nice and want to help. Any bad review on here is just from people who did not follow the policies and are holding a grudge. If you follow the policy then you are fine just like any other job. Also people who complain about pay, understand that this company is helping you get in the door. You have to do the rest to earn your pay. Thanks to the Express team, Nathan and Kelley were nice and helpful and the rest of the workers there were also nice they asked how I was and if I need anything while I was there.

Kim lady at the front desk is so rude she wouldn’t let me talk to Scott Holden I had a bad experience at Nice Pak and this needed to be resolved and still isn’t resolved I did the right thing and instead of rewarding me they destroyed me

I recently went through the second chance program and you will never see a certain side of things until youve spoken with scott face to face he will make you see things differently. Express has phenomenal staff with huge hearts and they will get you to where you need to be no matter the circumstances they will find a way to help you. There are more than one temp agency that will be more than rude with you and will run you around the clock waiting for a job but express, its like next day delivery they are just that quick. i recommend express with a five star rating because you will not regret it!

It has been over a year since I used Express Employment and honestly, I hope I never have to use them again. But, if I find myself needing a new job I will 100% use them again! They placed me in a position I had no idea I could even do without having a college degree. They listen to what you want and go above and beyond from there. This place is a joke hiring people. All you want to do is phone interviews instead of face to face interviews. I have 6 years of Veterinary Technician experience with Kennel technician experience and surgical technician experience and when asked why I was let go from one of my previous jobs 10 years ago they told me I didnt qualify for the Kennel technician job that they were offering and that I was not straight forward with them about my previous work experience. Temp services are jokes and I can find a hell of a lot better company to work for than yall

They can help you find a job but I do not appreciate the attitude when they are communicating through the phone. Unprofessional.

Recently had to staff a jury research project in Jonesboro. I could not be more impressed with Express. Not only am I based in Chicago, I contacted Express very close to a deadline. These obstacles were no problem at all for the amazing Jill Hudson and Brian Daniel. Amazing place to look for a job. When I first moved down here I was very difficult to get along with when u first started with them. They told me I couldnt come back cause of my attitude basically and then they call me and say weve got a second chance program to find a job so I ran with it. And basically Scott and Kelly have keep me under there wing since Ive came back to work for express. This place is probably the most unprofessional staffing agency around!! Ive been trying to get a help from everyone up there and I have skills and the experience to back it up. I was rudely greeting by the lady up front then they was so busy that I think a manager had to step in to help me after I waited for over an hour and and half and it looked like their burgers was more important than anything. She had dark hair and worked in the front office. Very rude and didnt explain anything to me. Then after we did paperwork she stepped out bc another person was i guess the person she wanted and said he cant pass a drug test but go ahead and have him come in, Ill get it taken care of-we have to fill the order I was so confused but i brushed it off my shoulders. The only time I felt important was when they stood in front of me and it seemed like the dark haired lady and the lady up front was just talking bad about the other employees. Someone needs to investigate this place! Its a disgrace. They profile and say they are an equal opportunist but no, they are racist and Im white (not like that matters). The Arkansas Job board needs to go in here and investigate as well as someone to monitor their drug screen abilities!Oh and the only guy that works up there is a joke. never there and dont seem to care about anything. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

Their slogan SHOULD be, Well put you to work! I started at Post as a temp, then they put me on Riceland, where I was hired on full time. I chased down another financial opportunity, leaving Riceland.When the money at the insurance place turned out to be more up and down than the consistency, I called Express again and the next day they sent me to Delta Peanut.Now Im getting paid more money than any of these gigs and am thrilled. Each paycheck I get is going to help me take care of SO many important needs, that Im praying to get at least 3 checks from this temp position.If I cant stay long, if this opportunity only lasts a couple weeks, Ill be going thru Express again to go back to my position at Riceland.Because of Express, my life has literally been changed for the better, securing much needed employment!THANK YOU EXPRESS! Having worked here 2 years, I have seen and learned a lot. The Employment Specialists work non-stop to help each associate. The final say in who is chosen for a job is not always up to anyone in our office, nor what the pay will be. Everyone in the office advocates for the best pay possible for the associates.

Id give it ZERO stars if I could. A lot of manual labor for little pay, even if you have a ton of experience in the area they place you, its very degrading. And the women in the office are unprofessional to say the least, theyll TRY to snap you up with attitude, give them the same energy they give you. I would not recommend this temp agency to ANYONE.

I came into their building searching for a job. I was referred to apply there in person by a friend. I had already made a profile online and they denied me 3 jobs Ive applied for without contacting me about it (I know I met all the qualifications for it). I decided to go in person, I filled out a paper application and then I got an interview that week with a staff member of that agency. I was searching for something permanent and full time and all they offered me was a week temp job.I have 2 years of clerical experience working for the Department of Human Services including 2 more years of clerical work working for another temp agency that was really good at getting long term jobs for me. I was laid off from a Law firm I was working at so Ive searching the job market since.I keep seeing ads that they are seeking full time office assistants or secretarial work when every time I call, I get this rude lady who refused to give me her name and says theres no openings for what Im looking for.These people can go t-_- themselves for all I give a damn if they think peoples job searching time and effort is a damn game.

Dont even waste your time. They post all of these jobs and ask people to come in when they know they dont have anything available! Stop wasting peoples time telling them youll mark them available..this is the second location Ive went to that hasnt offered me a job!! The time I wasted here I couldve went somewhere else.
