Found Appliance 911 thru a friends recommendation. Called them yesterday when there was a problem with my ice maker. They came out the same day, found the problem and ordered the part needed for repair. Texted this morning that they had the part, came over and replaced it in a matter of minutes. These guys are amazing. The best communication Ive ever had with a repair service. Automated texts to confirm appointments, let me know when parts were ordered and when they arrived.Oh and you know how repair services will give you giant windows of time and still somehow be late? Not them. Gave a two hour window and were ALWAYS there right at the beginning of the window. Just awesome.

The technicians at Appliance 911 are great!!! They are extremely professional (and they do not talk down to women). They arrive on time and my appliance is actually fixed when they leave. My refrigerator was not cooling properly this morning and I had just bought a bill of groceries and I did not know what to do. I called this company and they were so prompt they came out and it was something so simple. it was only that my refrigerator was in demo mode the buttons got pushed on the front of the refrigerator. It was not a compressor or anything serious, these gentlemen were very professional about what they do and so very knowledgeable. I am so thankful for their timely response service.
