They said they would send a taxi to come get me. Almost 45 minutes had passed when I called them again and I could not get through to anyone. I called multiple times and only got Verizon wireless voicemail. Very unprofessional and would not use. Uber or Lyft instead.

They dont have enough drivers it take too long for them to come pick you up I waited 2 hours one time for them to come to get me and that is real unprofessional I also had to move to the back of the van so they could go pick up other passengers and drop them off before me even though I was there first

Been using them for like 4 days now no problem the switched employees today and I guess I gotta walk to work this morning because for some reason my call get like 1 or 2 rings and goes to voicemail and its not even set up and I will give 1 more call for a total of 7 and if they dont awnser Ill just walk it sure hope I dont get fired over thisFinally got a cab after 7 call in 30 minutes

Some heavy set guy ALWAYS ANSWERS THE PHONE and he his VERY rude he either doesnt say ANYTHING or he hangs up in you face last time he hung up in my face then texted me to say he was on his way? How does that work? This time he picked up and just hung up the phone and NEVER ANSWERED AFTER THAT. How does he even keep his job?

I called at 7:25 a.m. and she said 20 mins. Waited and nothing happened. Called again and she said she was close by. Waited and nothing still!!! Called again and I was sent straight to voicemail!!!! So unprofessional. Not reliable and they don’t let you schedule pick up times. DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY!!!!! It’s 9pm and I’m already a hour late!!!

Called numerous times for their “24 hour” service. They wouldn’t answer the phone! Your business can’t make money if it requires a phone to call to procure services...and you don’t answer.

Drivers are very friendly. Quick to pick up. Takes quickest routes to drop off. They give a discount if you are going to work. Takes cash, credit, or debit. They will even go out of town like to the Memphis or Little Rock Airport. And to Poinsett County Liqour store. Would like to shout out to one specific driver Matthew Jones. He gets out and opens the door for me and helps me carry my groceries. Thank you Matthew!

No air, only take cash,drivers do not open the door or help with any baggage and you will be charge extra to go a bank to get cash b/c they do not take cards.

The driver attempted to overcharge me then when I advised him I ride this taxi a lot and I know the amount of the fare he became argumentative. Told me he was the supervisor (Guessing he felt that means he could charge what he would like). I was in the taxi with my children and he was extremely unprofessional and made me never want to ride with him again.The other drivers are extremely professional and honestly I use them majority of the time because its mainly black drivers and I love supporting black businesses however the last driver makes it hard for me to call this company when I need a ride.

Im just a teenager, but I have taken the cabs many times, its great. very clean, fast, and the drivers are funny and try to have decent small talk. Very nice.

Rude over the phone. What is it with taxis n Jonesboro Arkansas?? Both r rude over the phone. And y r the prices different depending on where ur at or going. That makes no sense. Its supposed to be done by mileage. I know. I used to drive a taxi. Not gonna get over on me

This is the best cab company youll find in jonesboro...they are so clean and always smells good the guys on night shift are funny and they get to where your going chris is so awesome i had to many bags i couldnt carry all of them so he helped me and O his makes me laugh all the time... everyone and anyone needed a ride and cant get one from family call CCC they will come and get you where you need to go

Refuse to pick me up from a drop off location then the rude lady hung up on me. Very disappointed. Left me stranded in pouring rain had to walk 5 miles.
