I just love it .. Have gotten several good deals from tools to things 2 fix up house

Most incompetent staff and management of a retailer Ive seen in a while! Had a measure done for flooring. How does $2.99/sq ft x 1000 sq. ft + $495 for installation=$6000+? I REPEATEDLY asked for them to email me the detailed estimate. Six different individuals, including management, were supposed to do this, but it never got done. Yet they keep calling me to set up an install date?! If they cant be relied upon to send an email, I dont have much faith that they wont be lazy and cut other corners on my flooring project. I went to Creative Carpet and received a MUCH better experience. Congratulations, Joliet Home Depot. You have become the Kmart of Home Improvements!

Id like to know WHY Home Depot is sending unlicensed contractors to install faucets, toilets, dishwashers and garbage disposals in peoples houses? ITS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS TO PRACTICE PLUMBING WITHOUT A LICENSE!!!!!Will be reporting to the steat board of health.
