Posted hours on door are wrong. Unsure if the web hours are correct as both times I’ve tried to go to this location this the door has been locked. Questioning my continued use of AT&T for internet. Does anybody work here?
I went to the Att store to get a new phone. The store I actually went to was not the one I planned on going to. Needless to say I was very happy I ended up at that particular store because the rep was so informative, professional, and helpful. She answered every question and helped me to decide which phone would be best for me. Im so grateful for her help. She took her time and looked up a lot of different phones, colors, options etc. I save a lot of money and got a really good deal on my new phone. Im excited 😁 cant wait til Friday when the phone is released.
Nivea is amazing!! Not only was she ringing out folks, helping people with technical issues, upgrading phones, and helping to apply glass protectors BY HERSELF, but she had a positive attitude and was understanding with everyone. She’s wonderful and we appreciated her time!
I Purchase some cell phone accessories on Saturday the store was close Sunday so Monday afternoon I went to the store to return one item and exchange another the employee working on Monday, May 19, 2020 asked me to come back tomorrow and she did not know how to do that. I explain to her I did not have the time to come back tomorrow and if she can please call somebody to help her she sat on her phone and texted her manager I asked if she could please call her because I had many errands to run and she told me that she was informed her manager was busy at the time. So I left . I asked her to please take down my number and if she was in contact with her manager and figured out how to help me with my return and exchange to please call me because I would be in the area she said OK. I then took it upon myself to wait 25 minutes on hold to talk to a customer service representative at AT&T who then informed me after I explained the situation that all the employee would have to do is call them. I called the store back and talk to the same girl who then told me it would be a long process and she doesn’t think that she could do it . Mind you this is all going on during the virus there were no customers in the store and she was just sitting on her cell phone and watching a movie. I asked her if it would be too much trouble if I can come back and we can call together to figure it out because I really need to get it done today. She told me to go ahead and come on in because she didn’t have any customers in the store. I pulled up at about 630 no cars in the parking lot she saw me approaching and locked the door. I just don’t understand with the little amount of employees working why somebody would be given a position in a store by themselves who doesn’t know how to do anything.
Customer service here is awful! You call they tell you to come in. You come in they tell you they can’t help you in store. So much Inconsistency between what is said on their website vs what they actually do in store
I was very frustrated for a week already wasting so many hours w reorestatives that dont know nothing, finally I came to this store and Nicole did in 15 min what 12 representatives couldnt do for a week !
Not helpful in solving my issues.
The staff are super friendly here and they greet you right away. They all are very helpful with anything you need and will answer all your questions.
Staff, in particular David, went above and beyond to address every concern and make sure we were satisfied with our services. Outstanding customer service, I was extremely impressed.
Great customer service we came in 15 minutes till close and they still took us in and even stayed late to help us. Excellent service from Gizel!

Stopped in at the store over the weekend for their grand opening. Spectacular service provides by reps in store also a GREAT location.
