Rodrigo was a very knowledgeable and professional technician. He was able to explain everything that was going on and what needed to be done to fix my issue. I would highly recommend using this company.

Company wont sell my father a fuse for their product. Would only sell him the fuse if they came in and installed it for $175! The girl who he spoke with at the desk was super unhelpful. Also, when my dad called to have an inspection, she said if they didnt have the aerator they sold, Norwalk wouldnt pass the system. While I understand that they might LIKE the products they sell, it seems SUPER FISHY that theyd fail an inspection if the system is working. Seems really suspect on all counts.

I called to get a replacement cap for a tank they manufacture and was told they dont sell caps for the tank they make!! Brittany was less than helpful very short. I asked her if she could point me in the right direction and she said no and hung up.

Got charged for a service charge. Even though they came on a day that was not scheduled...yes!! THEY ChaRGED Me $70 for coming out on the 10th because, nobody was home. They were supposed to ComE the 13th!!!!! Sucks this is the only septic company to go through for my county...terrible customer service.
