They have been very happy with the Joliet shop. Everyone has been very professional and extremely nice. I have gotten my appointments and results in days. And they are very reasonably priced. I will never go to the hospital for test again.

I was in and out on the day I had my MRI and chest XRay. The whole process went smoothly. No problem coming here again.

We go here for our babys ultrasounds. Couldnt ask for a better experience. The front desk is always helpful and the technicians very professional.

****UPDATE*** It is now WEDNESDAY and no appointment for CAT scan.Tuesday Morning: I have been waiting since Friday for a CAT Scan appointment to find where my cancer is ... so far, I am not impressed. My doctor insisted I go here, instead of an imaging place just down the road, which does not even require appointments ... I could have already had my CAT scan and started treatment for my cancer. This is extremely stressful, waiting on an appointment because they are so busy !***UPDATE*** Here it is, 6:40PM and STILL have no appointment.RESPONSE TO OWNER: I cannot find where to private message you.I sent a message through your Website. One of the best medical facilities in Joliet for testing. Spotless clean and everyone very nice. The 2 techs who did my bone scan were very professional and put me at ease right away. These two ladies could not have gone out of their way more to be nice and explain things in terms that I understood. July 1, 2020 my scan took less than 1/2 hr in and out. I highly recommend this facility.

They refused to workout a payment plan with me and sent my orders back to the doctor. I am currently out of work due to Covid and looking for work. It was not good enough for them and I was refused to even be seen

I took a CT Calcium score exam and it took longer than I expected to get the results. After complaining I received a phone call offering a refund and an expedited score result. Great customer service and I will be using this company for all of my medical imaging needs in the future.

I would like to compliment Chris, the tech who helped me get through my petscan. I’m claustrophobic and his professionalism, expertise, and ability to communicate with older people enabled me to finish the scan without going crazy. He is a great representative of the company.Also, the facility was excellent. Personable people, friendly, and professional. I just hope I never have to come back, but if I need their services, I shall.

July 29th 2020 I had my routine screening mammogram completed. I just want to say that AMANDA rocks!! Amanda is very polite, professional, caring, courteous, fast and efficient! I have had previous different mammography technicians before, and no one goes above and beyond like Amanda!! Thank you again Amanda :)

My son needed an x-ray and everyone from the front desk to the technician, were amazing! Very polite and nice and my son was nervous but the technician explained the process and he did great! Thank you. It was so worth the drive.

Went in for a blood test and Chita performed the stick so well that if I hadn’t been watching I never would have known it. Excellent job!

The staff was SO KIND! The location has plenty of parking. The waiting and dressing room was very clean, inviting and relaxing. The tech was very informative and kind. The whole process quick. I was surprised at how quick i was in and out for an MRI! I will definitely refer family and friends. This will be my 1st choice for future imaging needs!

I have been getting my imaging/testing at Future Diagnostics for years they are the best.

I was there for two tests (MRI and Mammogram). It was so comfortable (they had coffee!!), the people were so thoughtful and especially kind. The people there are absolutely the nicest and go out of their way to make sure the patient is comfortable. The whole atmosphere is calm and friendly. The price is so much better than hospitals - I’m going to continue to go there any time I have tests, it’s just more cozy.

Fantastic experience. The staff were so helpful and really made me feel comfortable. Totally professional. Thank you. I highly recommend this facility and the staff there. Julie was my contact person and she was a terrific help as I am very claustrophobic and with her help, I felt totally relaxed throughout the PET scan.

Great staff! Courteous, attentive, and passionate about what they do. Truly a fantastic experience from the second you walk in to the time you leave. FDG also have some of the most advanced and updated diagnostic equipment in the area. When you combine that with an excellent staff and talented radiologists, you have what I considered to be the best independent imaging center in Chicagoland.

Bonnie @ CT department and her assistant went way beyond kindness to get me through this test. I am very grateful. FDG should not take employees like this for granted. They are a true gift.

I had my first MRI. It was of my head. I was pretty nervous. Karen was so wonderful. She offered me a mirror which allowed me to see out towards my feet. What a calming effect! Just remember to breath.

Came in for a blood test and Kelly from the lab insisted the Dr. ordered a urine sample.I willingly gave the urine sample. Two days later I find out that the Dr. NEVER ordered a urine sample. Spoke with management however NO ONE would prove to me that my urine sample was properly disposed of. I should of been notified immediately that a mistake was made and given my urine sample back to me or proven that it was properly disposed of.

Saved me over $600.00 of what my Dr. Hospital wanted to charge. I drove from S/E Wisconsin. I was 1hr late for my appointment but the Ladies were so nice they took me, even though it was Friday right before closing. SORRY. They even gave a 20.00 gas card for the voucher I printed.

Very good provider. One of the best I ever had. The service they have rendered was very competent and convenient, the price (I paid for myself, because they are out of network for my insurance provider) was great, 5 times better than in-network price with insurance. Knowledgeable and polite staff, many payment options.I do recommend that facility to anyone who needs lab tests at the reasonable price.The only one problem is their ability to receive phone calls, that is why 4 stars, not 5. Very long waiting time and too much voicemail.

I have had both a mammogram and a CT scan there and have nothing but amazing things to say about my experiences. Getting in for your test is super quick. The staff truly goes above and beyond for the patients. They are knowledgeable at their jobs while still treating you with courtesy and kindness. I also love that FDG is so green for the environment!

Due to having chest pain and difficulty swallowing, my doctor sent an order for my test to Future Diagnostics because he said they could get the test done sooner than our local hospital. On Wednesday I called to schedule and was told they were waiting for insurance clearance and would call me when that was obtained. I called twice more and was told they were still waiting. Today, 1 full week later! I called only to be told that they KNEW last week that they did NOT perform that kind of test. They just did not have the professionalism and decency to inform me of this when the test was first ordered instead of leaving me in pain for a week.. I will Never recommend them.

The best and most friendly service you could receive. The facility is clean, inviting and they are very accommodating. I received my results a lot quicker than I thought was possible and I would recommend that everyone use their services if you are need to get any type of scan! its definitely better than waiting at a hospital!

Had a good experience here everyone was very nice. The only thing that I would suggest is that the room for the mammograms not be so hot. 🔥🔥

Recently had an MRI here, I was very nervous as I am extremely claustrophobic. The staff as a whole made me feel at ease from start to finish. The MRI machine was also a lot larger than any other MRI I have ever been in. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family!

The staff was extremely professional, efficient and pleasant. Each step of my scan was explained and my comfort was very important to them. I drove approximately 67 miles to the facility and was given a ten-dollar gas card! I would not hesitate to use this facility again.

From the phone call confirming my appointment and to let me know there would be a free valet service due to parking lot construction to walking out the door the staff at FDG was great!.When I got there an employee told me I could follow him in due to the construction mess, very nice of him to do so.Karen who did my MRI was SO nice during my test.The whole experience was wonderful.

My experience with Future Diagnostic was awsome. My grandfather needed an appointment immediately and they gave him an appointment the same day. Results were sent to his Doctor quickly. Our family appreciated the professional and kind services of everyone at Future Diagnostic.

Poor service! Promised a cat scan result within 24 hours. Had to call and defeat the call system by using a doctors office option to even talk to someone. Now Im at the 46 hour mark and still nothing-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very nice office, staff is super nice. I came in for a chest xray and they offer walk in for those simple types of services. Wait was less than 5-10 min. All for a fraction of the cost of what I would pay going to a local hospital for the same . I will be going here for sure with any future imaging needs.
