My mother was here last night and she informed the Hispanic lady that the dryer was burning her clothes, the lady responded to her and told her that that specific dryer had already been reported with issues of burning peoples clothes, that there was a sign on it for it not to be used but the worker informed my mom it must have fallen and was never replaced.. that’s it. So my moms clothes got burnt all because of the carelessness of a worker and the lady was very rude to my mom anytime she asked her a question. Clearly this lady has had many issues along with her poor customer service.

Clean cheap in hispanic area.

Love going here but hate the staff! There were times I would go here an hour before they close just to dry my clothes, and they ladies would lock me out! Or try and tell me they were closing an a hour. Even after I explained I was just drying clothes

It is a Tuesday night at 820 and I came to do one small load the woman working here spoke only enough to tell me good Im glad you know we close and you need to shut up because I dont like you she is yelling at other customers in the store as well and refused to help a couple gentleman get change. Ive been coming here for more than 7 years and have never had a problem. Im truly sorry this woman is having a bad day but it is completely inappropriate to talk to customers that way. I hope the owners know what has happened here today.
