Did not expect the keys to be delivered, thought that I would just get them from the machine!! But it only took about three days and they work great. Buy it was a good thing that I didnt need them in a hurry. Thanks,.

Very easy to use kiosk. Keys that I cut work great! Cant ask for anything better!

After the keys were cut I compared them to the original and was a little skeptical that they would work. When I arrived home and tried them they all worked fine. A week later I received two special order keys in the mail and they worked fine too. Would be nice if they had promotions for key chains and other accessories. Great service and highly recommend. I got the optional cut, when the first key came out I compared it to the original and thought there is no way these are going to work. I was wrong. Got home tried every key and they all worked perfectly. I guess this is a lot easier on the pins in the lock.

I called number for KeyMe and got an immediate response. The technicianarrived and gave me a price of $195 OR $245 if i was interested in a warranty in case he broke something. I told him I didnt want him opening my car if he was afraid hed break something. We agreed on $195. However, he charged me an additional $50 for a service charge. When I called to complain, the number belongs to 24 Hour Locksmith Sevice - NOT KeyMe (a Menards company)! DO NOT USE!!!!
