I am very pleased with this cleaning service. The team did a great job in all the areas of my home. They were very efficient. My house looks great, smells great, and the work was very well done. I have tried another company that is not close in comparison. Cathy and the ladies were very polite and professional thanks again!

The ladies were all very pleasant and went straight to work. They didn’t chit chat or text. They were there to CLEAN. And what a great service they provided. Because they are a team, they are very efficient and not in your house all day. The house was thoroughly cleaned and smelled so fresh. Highly recommend.

Her crew always comes out and do an outstanding job of cleaning my home. Nothing is ever overlooked, everything is always spotless. They work really hard, and go above and beyond expectations. They are fast, friendly, hardworking ladies and I would highly recommend them! Outstanding team, excellent work.

I would highly recommend Minute Maid cleaning services. I pay a lot of attention to reviews before I choose to buy or hire. Honestly, I was a little skeptical because they had such great reviews… Almost too great... I recently moved from Kentucky to Shorewood, IL for my job… My work takes up much of my time and I really didn’t want to spend my little down time cleaning my home especially with owning 2 cats! I hired this company and my first cleaning was a deep cleaning, it was a tad bit steep but boy did they do a fantastic, meticulous job!! I was very impressed by the group that came in and their professionalism, they pay a lot of attention to detail....cleaning baseboards, ceiling fans etc.! The reviews are accurate. These are the things that I love... I look forward to my next visit! The amount I pay for keeping them coming back out is very, very fair. So it all works out. :)

My experience with minute maids cleaning has been great thus far! They were very responsive when I first requested a quote, and they were even able to work my deep clean in sooner than initially planned, which was so helpful because they were booked several weeks out. Cathy and Ashley really did a fabulous job vanquishing the grotesque amount of dust covering the house at the initial deep clean, and zipped through the house plus they got all the surfaces to shine as if they were new. I get the same results month in and month out. I’m very, very impressed with the service and what they’ve been able to do! Extremely highly recommended!

We had to move out of our old house for a bigger one. Needed help with cleaning so we can sell the house. Found this cleaning services company online and called. Right away they explained all the services that they provided and explained it very well. Move out cleaning is what we needed. I can not lie to me the prices was a little bit pricey, but I guess that the saying is true that you have to pay for quality because it was worth every single penny. In hours, they were able to clean our home so well and so thorough. The deep cleaning that they did was fantastic job. Now our house is ready for the market. Thank you minute maid.

Wow! The Minute Maids are a life saver! I am so absolutely pleased with their work. I called them on Friday in a panic because I was overwhelmed with cleaning my old apartment before my move out date. They responded same day and had me scheduled for Monday! They were on time and very professional. My apartment literally looks better then when I moved in! They were extremely kind and I didn’t feel judged at all of the dirty areas. We have used Minute Maids for home cleaning services for the last two years. Weve been very pleased overall. The management team has been incredibly responsive, often answering emails within minutes of me sending a message, and have been willing to work with us on rescheduling or adding in services when needed. Weve had a variety of cleaning services prior to Minute maids including Merry Maids, and The Maids but the overall cleaning wasn’t a thorough clean. Were especially pleased with Ashley and Cathy’s work ethic, who recently cleaned our home very thoroughly and with lots of attention to detail. The company has also been transparent about their COVID precautions and have taken extra steps to make sure their cleaners and us customers are happy, healthy, and safe! Highly recommended.

Called twice and never got a response back in time. Guess whos not earning my business. Clearly their calling records are incorrect too. By the time they called me back I had already chosen one of the businesses that responded in a timely manner.

Minute Maids has been a big help for me. I am not physically able to keep up with the cleaning like I used to. To have them come in and do in 2 hours what would take me an entire weekend is wonderful! The maids always do an amazing job! They are always right on time and the house looks and smells amazing. You cant even tell that I have 2 small boys after they leave!
