I am very happy with the service so far just waiting on my new hearing aid. I am sure it will be fantastic I got the top of the line . I am so happy on the costs to be is alot less then I could dream of. .

Dr. McKay at the Joliet office was enjoyable to work with. She explained my issues with my hearing. She explained why the hearing aids she suggested were the best for my issue.

The few times i have been here for hearing tests for work i have been treated awesome by everyone. Dawn is great to deal with and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with questions about new devices. I plan to upgrade soon due to age of my devices.

Dawn, the audiologist is very knowledgable and friendly, and so is Kay, the receptionist.

Anytime I have any issues with my hearing aids they have no problem with helping me figure them out!
