I contacted them for trash removal for 3 of my offices. Sergio was very helpful and quick to reply. He was not the rep for all my locations so he also put me in touch with the other reps--they were also very helpful. Pricing was great and so far so good.

This company has poor customer service skills.I was told by Adriana to get a pickup truck and put my garbage can on it and bring it to them. this is so wrong on so many levels. Dont deal with this company unless u want to get aggravated and no service.I asked to speak to someone who signs her checks and she laughed at me told me they are in Az. I called Az. They promised a pickup the next day and nothing. My garbage has been sitting at the curb for 15 days.

I ordered service on a Monday never received the can called twice last week looking for the can offered to go get it myself... nothing, called this morning a week later still waiting on a can was told Id get a call back never did i had to call them needless to say 8 days later, several calls and transfers i was forced to ask for my deposit back since they dont seem to want me as a customer! Guess u get what u pay for now I have to go with waste management which is more but at least theyll bring a can

Horrible customer service is correct! Dont pay in ADVANCE! They take your payment then start sending more fees and claim you owe them more. Still having your prepay, start threatening service stops and sending you to collection agencies. Really? Yet they already have more than enough of YOUR money. Customer service does NOT return calls! No one from there company returns calls! Or the money they still have of yours for service not yet obtained. Confused? ?*&%$#@?The pick up service is great! The drivers are great! Now if they could just work on RESPONDING in the customer service department itd be great. That or if they want to stop service, pay back what they OWE YOU.

Trash service that takes their service literal. Hidden fees after you “prepay” for 3 months of service. You’ll start seeing extra bills of $40-$50 pop up after you thought you had paid. You’ll also be charged two months of service for the cans to be picked up after you cancel. Joke company that can’t even offer yard waste pickup.

Though prices are a bit much....I have to jump on here and say that I was just CALLED by my driver to let me know a german shepherd was outside and he didnt want anything to happen to him. He thought he was mine(Because he hangs around my yard wanting my dog to come out and play lol), he is the neighbors dog who they let run around but I thought it was amazing that he took the initiative to call and try to help. KUDOS to this guy, humanitarian of the year❤🙌

Great service

This is a shady company. They will give you low monthly rate but what they dont tell you is that they will lock you into three year contract and raise to ridiculous price every year. I understand that the price has to go up but every reputable service provider will give you a choice to leave when the customer is not happy with the new rate.

I dont understand the negative reviews. I have had nothing but wonderful service from this company. Customer service has been above and beyond. Thank you Jorea Gale for always being on top of things and making everything so easy for me. Appreciate all you do!

Customer service lies, when your can breaks they bring you a new one thats in worse shape then the one you reported broken (full of mud and maggots). Then you have to call and remind them to pick up the broken one because the driver is too lazy to take it. Pay the few extra dollars for their competition. These guys are shady and just overall bad. Dont waste your time with these fools. 0 stars.

Wish I could give them a zero star rating....customer service horrible. Every 3 months the price is different. I threw away a toddler bed frame that was plastic and a Christmas tree box with a few items and was charged 80 dollars on top of the regular bill!!! Called to get it taking care of and they did nothing, ended up just cancelling service.

Had service for years and just had to say no. Allways something.They raised my bill without approval.I stopped payments.Then i called to negotiate bill we agreeded on price and i paid it .Next month i got bill with late fees and extra payment that they took it off at the previous months.I paid 5 months on time and i was charged late fees on every new months for no reason.I called to close account its been a week and container still here
