Shipping is done on the front side of the building by dock one. Receiving is done of the back of the building by dock 17. Have your receiving number ready and handy. There is plenty of space here if you want to stay here for the night and a portable paddy for you to use if need be. Hope this helps nd stay safe on the road.

Dont even help you with rising the tarps on the top....just so you know you are on your own...Waited 4 hours to get loaded, and after sending multiple proof like ELG readings and locations and pictures they didnt wanted to pay detention..thanks!

They need the sign for direction how to get to their facility. You cant get in from the front is the gate between two companies on the same building but you have to enter from the south side the enter will be on your right. They kinda work fast with amount of truck wait in line. The load come with multiple shapes. If the load from overseas they not pack the right way this guy they not repack for you so you need to do yourself. I have the box that standing up taller than the other. Most of the truck here have tarp systems is more easy for this kind the load. This load not for winter because you have to tarp outside. I get here at noon now 2:35 pm still loading. Finally Im leaving at 4:45pm. Two stars for No sign and the way they packed (I use all strap and bungee). The employees nice.

Unloaded flatbed load in about 20 mins. Nice and fast. Good job!

Almost 4 hour to get unloaded. Very slow receivers. No restrooms for drivers, Only a nasty portable. No room to stay overnight, but has some space to park and wait until get a door.

For flatbeds, it has a narrow dock into the building but has wide area to straighten in. The loading guy (the one I found) was super nice. The entrance to the facility maybe tricky if you dont check your map carefully. There is a handful of companies there; Otis entrance is NOT through those companies.

Like this place, quick unload.get in 3hr before apt. Don’t make right to Midwest W, just use second driveway.

Not bad at all. It takes some time to get loaded here, but you are inside and out of the weather. The workers are friendly and there is a nice clean bathhroom to use.

Fast to unloaded even when I showed up early. Normally very friendly not this time. Delivered here many times and paperwork always brought to you with your keys. This time the old woman must have felt like complaining that we were supposed to come in and get it after I was told that it would be brought out when they were done and just as she had done not 15min earlier. Could be 5 stars but not after being talked down to.

Glt loaded on friday and they have really skilled forklift drivers who loaded me in a profesional manner. Organized and fast. Would be 5 Stars if their packaging would be safer.
