The ladies behind the counter are nice. Theyre open later than most cleaners and the ETA for jobs is very timely in my opinion. I had to take away a star though, because I came in for a zipper replacement. Im very particular about things and I believe that they should have called me to let me know that the color zipper they ordered was off and verify if it was ok to continue with the service. I felt a way about that. Other than that, theyre great.

Sadly, theyve closed. I really enjoyed every visit. There was always Christian music playing when I visited. Will certainly miss my visits and their excellent service.

Swan Cleaners was recommended to me from a couple co-workers for a dress that I needed hemmed for my sons wedding. I made an appt for me and my daughter and also took clothes that I needed dry cleaned. I was overall impressed with my and my daughters dresses and the clothes that I had dry cleaned also came out very nice. We have since used Swan cleaners several times for dry cleaning and hemming of clothes. I have referred them to friends and would highly recommend them to anyone. They do a wonderful job.

I have been a satisfied customer of Jasons for several years now. The company is very dependable and their cleaning work is first rate. I value the time saved by not traveling to and from a brick and mortar location weekly.

Very poor cleaners. I got my dress shirt back and the collar was still dirty. I took it home and wash it and it came clean. Something they should have done. The owner said that was the way the shirt was. Dont take your clothes there.

Came to pick up my daughters prom dress and the top & garmet bag are missing! I want a response ASAP! Prom is Saturday. It is a $600 dress. Employee stated she gave to client ahead of us and there is nothing she can do!

I have been using Swan Cleaners valet service to pick up and drop off laundry for about two years now and could not be happier. I first started using them when I one day discovered that if I had to wash and fold the same pair of jeans one more time, I was going to run screaming for the hills. I contacted Swan Cleaners online and set up my account and arranged for pickup the next day. Three days later, I had a big, lovely, purple laundry bag full of freshly washed and neatly folded (and categorized by type of clothing) sitting on my front step. They pick up and drop off twice a week and the price is so very reasonable. The laundry service pays for itself in my not having to spend hours every week doing tons of laundry. I would recommend Swan Cleaners to anyone; working mothers and fathers or stay at home parents, singletons, singletons with kid and seniors.

NEVER AGAIN!! This was an honest mistake on my part for not fully watching what she was doing the day I dropped my stuff off but there was no reason for the way I was treated I was never rude to either one of the girls up front!! My husband is military and I top his tops in to have some patches sewed on. I left the existing Velcro on to show where and how they should look. I repeat myself many times as your wearing it US Army on the left name on the right because while Im talking the lady is just saying the whole time ok. As she is pinning the patches I then move to the hats that needed patches once again as Im talking she continues to say ok. Yes it was my fault in handing over everything I wasnt fully watching where she was pinning things. I go to pick them up and let them know the patches are in the wrong places to two women start speaking Spanish to one another and the seamstress gives me an attitude saying I pinned them in front of you. I tell her this is not for high school I cant take these, I try telling her I kept repeating my self the day I dropped them off as you are wearing this US Army on the left name on the right. Her attitude becomes worse she tells me I know what they are for! (as she yells at me she knows what they are for this tells me she has done this before but if she had she would have known they were wrong, but I know they dont see this come in everyone day so I let this go) Now Im apologizing for not fully watching what she was doing and she rudely tells me you will just have to wait until Monday when I politely ask when I should come back. I will never go back

Everything went very smooth. I have placed an order and after four days I have gotten my shirt and two pants cleaned and fixed.

Went here because my mother in law has gone here and I was new to the area. I have tried this place 4 times and every time I have been disappointed. I picked my dress up that cost $10 to clean and there were spots all over it. They didnt even check it and this was the only second time I wore it so I am not sure where those spots came from. Customer service was lacking. I really wanted to likw this place. Oh well I guess I will be giving my money to a larger chain.

I dont even want to put a star. Ive been getting my JROTC uniform cleaned here for years! No issues until last week. I take my prom dress to get hemmed and when I pick it up theres an extra garment bag ATTATCHED to my bag. The lady was busy and I assumed it was a bag for my dress. Go home to put on my dress and find its another girls prom top and shoes! On my way out the door to take back the shoes and top to find 19 missed calls. Irene, the worker, only called me 8 times and the other lady had called 11 times. She actually gave the other girl whos stuff I had my number! She gave out personal information and refused to compensate ether of us. This pisses me off that the worker had given another one of their clients my personal phone number. I ended up getting $30 back after my father went in but never will I go there again. Irene handled the situation poorly and they have lost my business!
