I bought a phone from them me and my sister and a month later it had difficulty with the charger so i said okay i went to buy a universal charger and it told me because i havent been in my phone a month it factory reset the phone and plus my phone is off because i cant pay the bill cause its reset so i cant verify the code and they wont let me trade it in or nothing,
