This location seems very unorganized. We made a reservation to speak with a sales associate this past weekend and to do a test drive of a specific make/model of car that we were interested in buying. A few days before the appointment I got a call saying the car was on the lot, however, they did not tell me that this car was immediately sold a few hours later. The morning of the appointment we received a call to confirm the appointment but no mention was made of the car already being sold. So we drove 45min. to Joliet only to find out that they did not have any car for us to test drive. There were barely any new cars on the lot. Not to mention the sales associate I spoke to on the phone was not there and we got some one else. Upon finding out that the car was not on the lot our sales associate gave us no other options. We had to ask to at least get a test drive of an older version of the car we were looking for. They did not try to discuss other options with us like building the car online and ordering it or discussing pricing. After the test drive was over we pretty much just left. I felt like we were just being pushed out of there and our time was wasted. I shouldnt have to ask for these services, I know times are different now with the COVID outbreak but there needs to be better communication. What is the point of making an appointment? Sorry to say, but I will not be buying from this dealership.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Jose! Ive been searching for months to find a good SUV, but I was only getting cars. I explained to Jose why I couldnt budge on what I needed, and he actually listened unlike everywhere else! He and the team worked with me practically all day just to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my decision and proud of what I was leaving in. I will for sure be working with them from now on! I felt so blessed to have been put with Jose, I dont think I could have found a better salesman!

Rick was amazing in helping us buy a new car for our daughter. We came in with a mindset for a car a year or two old and Rick explained all the benefits to going new including the lifetime warranty and the price was not much different then the used cars. Rick made sure we found a car with with all the safety features to make sure our daughter had a safe vehicle as well. Was interested in a car that they listed on their website as available. They are about an hour from where I live and there is a Kia dealership about 10 minutes away but they dont have the model I want. I called to confirm and was told that yes its on the lot but I would need an appointment. He says he will have it all gassed up and ready to test drive. Its straight up data collection but whatever. I provide my info and make the hour drive. When I get to the dealership Im greeted by a salesperson and I tell them I have an appointment to see this particular vehicle. Sure, sure no problem. Let me get your information etc. 10 minutes later she comes back to the desk where Im sitting with a story about the porter backing the vehicle into something and its in the body shop. Um, no Im not interested in another vehicle. Classic bait and switch. If you cant trust this dealership to even tell you the truth on if they have a certain vehicle just to get you into the dealership what else would they lie about? Ill find another dealer.

We’ve purchased 2 vehicles from world Kia. We get our oil changes done with them. Let me start by saying my service advisor Marquis Wilson was a 5/5 star! He was so friendly, accommodating and also called to give updates regularly. I would of given a 5/5 if the oil changes didn’t take so long. Even with making an appointment it’s an hour and 15 min time frame and this usually can extend longer with delays as well as if the car needs anything more and they don’t have parts available on hand. So I would say it’s always best to be dropped off and come back or have something to do while you wait.

General manager Josh Falcone doesnt seem to care about losing business and is extremely arrogant and rude. If you like to be harassed by salespeople when you bring your car in for service this is the dealership for you. They look through the service department appointments and then contact you to try to get you to trade in your car for a new car. After repeatedly telling them to stop doing this and threatening not to return if they continued, they still did it. Never had a car dearlership do this but the general manager thinks this is their way of earning your business. Instead it lost all future business and he didnt care one bit. Great job.

If i could give this place negative stars I would. First they ran my credit score down with at least 8 hard inquiries until i was approved for a 2019 Nissan Sentra. Only to mix up my co signer as the applicant instead of myself and gave me a 2016 Kia Optima. The bank saw the mix up denied me and they took their car back. Now im left rebuilding my credit again from what was 600+ to now below 550! I would recommend all ladies take a lawyer with you. Cause they do it to you good with no vaseline!

I went into the Kia dealership not knowing if I would have to take my busted 2006 Ford Escape an hour back to the westside of Chicago but Rudy my salesman was very pleasant, professional and fun and he helped me get into a 2021 Kia Forte. I have different people calling me saying different things. The last call I received was to tell me they were able to find a different lender that would make my payments almost $200 cheaper. I was hyped. Then I call today to find out where the contract was and who I am supposed to pay, to be told that it didnt get approved and that they would have to figure out what the payment is. I am on disability and have a fixed income. The original payment was already too high for me to then have that turned down and another lender raise my payment over $100 to them be told it was coming down almost $200 to NOT be called to say it wasnt being lowered. Im being bamboozled and now I have to find the extra money I was told I was saving.Not happy.

Walked in knowing exactly what car I wanted. After the first employee watched me struggle to open the door while carrying a car seat, we were seated. Someone came to help us within about 5 minutes which was fine. Car salesman started to take down all my information. I made it known what car I wanted and he continued to tell me that “we have plenty of those in stock”….gathered more of my information….we asked him if we could see the car….said he just needed a few more things and it was time. After about an hour, a different salesman came over and told us they didn’t have any of the cars in stock. Why waste my time? I didn’t want any other car. Had a really unfortunate experience and will most likely not be going back. I had cash in hand, ready to buy. Easy sale and they lost a customer because they couldn’t be honest at the beginning. Had I known th didn’t have any, I would have told they to let me know when one comes in and I would have been at the door.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to after the service I received at this Joliet Kia dealership. First of all, I was given the wrong quote. I for an oil change, tire rotation, serpentine belt change, and one headlight and both break lights needing replaced I was quoted at right under $500. I asked a few questions and the service person I was dealing with then apologized and said he made a mistake. He was going to charge me additional labor for the oil change and tire rotation both of which already have labor included in the pricing. I asked about getting my windshield wipers changed and when he called me back and told me that it would be $100 more for the wipers I said I’d pass on the wipers and he told me they had already done it and that I would get charged the same price for labor to have them removed and have the old ones put back on. After requesting to speak to the manager I was told they could put the old wipers back on free of charge. I got an oil change, tire rotation, serpentine belt change, a headlight replaced, and two break lights replaced and my total was $360. When I picked up my car it had not been vacuumed, washed, and the sticker for when my next oil change was due was also not on the windshield (all services which have always been complimentary at other dealerships when getting an oil change). I agree with other customers, if your car is not under warranty anymore, don’t bring it here; find somewhere else to go. The only reason I even brought it here was because of a recall.

I honestly think World Kia is reputable however based on the type of costumer service Ive received so far having delt with the service dept. on multiple cars (business accounts), the turn around time for most jobs is horrible, and service writers arent always on top of things based on what it was said or customer friendly when following up for that matter. Theres major room for improvement in the following areas: prioritization, time management, honesty, customer service.
