I have been taking my cars to Chavez for 14 years. They try to find ways to make a part last a little longer so u can save to replace it. On one of my cars the clutch went out. Their mechanics stayed late to put in a new one so I could have my car back that day for work the next morning. They are a very polite family. I dindt like it at all! I took my expensive because the brakes were not right in front. They didnt put 2 lug nuts on me. And when I called for them to be returned to me, they gave me very ugly. I do not recommend this place ... terrible service. Now I have to find some new nuts and go to another mechanic. Something that I wouldnt have to do, if they had done their job well.
