Great place friendly staff

Will not take this company again. Went to Arlington and the driver knew nothing about Washington or where to go. Had a handicap parking pass and he couldn’t even get us to a parking place to use it. Had to walk 5 miles from the cemetery. That didn’t bother me BUT there where people on the bus that COULDNT !!!! The bath room was a FLITHY mess. The commode didn’t flush and URINE WAS All over the floor and it STUNK !!!!!! Will never travel with again !!!!!!

My fiance and I went on the 3 day trip to Atlantic City in September. It was awful, you couldnt pay me to go on another. The lady who chaperoned was nice, but no one else was really including the driver. When it was time to leave we walked to the bus, my fiance wanted to put our stuff on the bus so he headed that way. A short old lady that was also on this trip, stood in front of the doors with her arms out and says Your not even on this bus, are you?? With an attitude..like we were trying to sneak on to it! I wondered why on the iteniary it took 6 hours to get there and 8 to get back. Well the driver got to pick wherever he wanted to eat since he did such a nice job so we drove 5-10 minutes off the turnpike so he could eat at Cracker Barrel..for an hour and a half! There was a young man who you could tell was slow, he was solo on this trip. He walked up the side of a busy highway to get fast food, and walked back to sit outside Cracker Barrel and eat it. Its not like the driver didnt have 3 days at the beach to go and eat at whatever resteraunt he wanted. I wanted to just rest my head and stay on the bus, but the bus driver rudely made us get off. There was only one other couple that looked to be around the same age, late 30s, all the other people were very old. All the older ones absolutely made us feel like we were about to steal something, like we were criminals. By the end of the trip I was livid! Ive never stolen anything in my life so to be treated that way was very degrading. It felt like because we were younger, everything we did was suspect and they really didnt want us there! If it was possible to give them negative stars I absolutely would!!!!! WORST TRIP EVER WITH A BUS FULL OF RUDE PPL THAT ALL THINK THEIR THE BOSS!!! 👎🏻👎🏻🤬

I always enjoy going on trips with Lodestar we recently went on a overnight trip to New York city and it was very nice!

Wonderful Charter Bus Company. Planning is easy, staff helpful and the greatest driver too.

Not a passenger with this bus company, but my wife and I were driving home from Hagerstown, MD around 8 PM. There was a Lodestar bus that drove in the left lane on I70 from when we got on at Sharpsburg until we got off the interstate in Williamsport. Around the I81 interchange we were able to pass on the right since the bus was doing about 75 and traffic was flowing closer to 80mph. After getting in front of the bus we changed lanes and a truck cut us off and we had to hit the brakes right in front of the bus. When we were exiting the interstate in Williamsport, the bus laid on the horn as it passed us, they were still in the left lane, and when another car tried to pass them on the right they changed lanes and nearly hit the other car. After we got gas, we got back on the interstate and the bus was broken down by the Clear Spring exit around 8:20PM.

During our inquiry as to why the children that go to middle school on 1st bus cannot be picked up at the southern end of seward,pa by the same driver of the2nd elementary school bus that comes thru here,we find the person that says he is the owner of the bus line,and honestly says he has no concern for the safety of our children until they are entering the bus.

Lodestar is the best.
