Worst place ever to get braces

*******LAUREL MEDICAL SOLUTIONS*******.... in Richland has to have the most INCOMPETENT people working there Ive ever seen and I just got done telling them how I feel about them ! I went in on October 23rd with a prescription from my foot doctor to have arch supports made to help treat my Planters Fasciitis and they told me I would have the supports in THREE weeks. Well, its been OVER FOUR WEEKS and I still dont have the supports, so I called Laurel Medical Solutions. They put me on hold awhile then said they have to get back to me once they find out whats going on. A few hours later when they called they said they need more paper work from my foot doctor and they were going to call him right away. About a half an hour later, after I did some thinking..... I called Laurel back and asked them if it was the prescription that they needed, because I gave that to them on Oct. 23rd. They said no, it was other paper work and that they have been trying to fax my foot doctors office and they keep getting a busy signal, and they cant get through to his office phone. I got really upset and said, OMG - its been over a MONTH.....WHY didnt you people call me in a day or 2 and tell me you cant get a hold of my doctor???.......I would have drove to his office to have them contact you! She said, Its not the patients responsibility to do that and its our policy that we contact the doctor. I said, Seriously? If I wouldnt have called you today how long would this have gone on? I probably would NEVER get these supports that I need. If you dont want ME to drive to his office, then why didnt YOU drive to his office since you cant call me and let me know you cant get a hold of my doctor? Its YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that your patients get the medical supplies that they need. Its been OVER FOUR WEEKS and now Im going to have to wait at least another THREE weeks before I get these supports? Whats WRONG with you people? Why cant you just admit that someone in your office screwed up! She said, Im just the one that answers the phones here and then she gave the phone to the other girl. So, I pretty much SCREAMED the same thing to THIS girl. And she said, I have a pile of papers that I can show you how many times Ive tried to fax your doctors office. Again, I screamed, Why the hell didnt you people call me in a day or two and let me know you cant get a hold of my doctor !!! Its your RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that people get the medical supplies that they need as soon as possible. SERIOUSLY??? You screwed up a - admit it! Then I said, MORONS!!!!!!! and I hung up on her. I called my foot doctors office.............turns out that Laurel Medical Solutions faxed my foot doctor THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT (Oct. 23rd) and my foot doctor faxed the information BACK to them the VERY SAME DAY. My foot doctors office said that theyve been having a lot of trouble with Laurel Medical Solutions, that they never contacted my doctor after the first fax on Oct. 23rd., and that Im not the only patient that Laurel has put on a back burner and then lied to about it. I told my doctors receptionist that I get very angry when people cannot admit they screwed up and then think they have to LIE about it !!!!!! IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.......MAKE SURE YOU CALL THEM EVERY DAY AND KEEP AFTER THEM, OR YOU MAY NEVER GET THE MEDICAL SUPPLIES YOU NEED !!!!
