Great place to get parts or service for your small engine

If your having trouble finding parts for older equipment because they no longer make your model, then Pristows is absolutely the place you need!!! If they do not stock your part Pristows will go above and beyond to get it for you. I was recently given a Dynamark/Noma garden tractor with a 39 inch deck and wanted OEM blades for it and COULDNT FIND THEM ANYWHERE!!! Went to Pristows and what do ya know they had both blades in stock. The too fellas at the parts counter was awesome and super knowledgeable. They knew alot about my tractor just by looking at a picture of it. So long story short, if your in need of parts and cant find them, just go here and they will do their best to get you fixed up.

I have a Toro Personal Pace Mower that wouldnt start & needed help. Being still under warranty (this wasnt covered) I wanted to stay with an authorized place. Needless to say it was a mistake to go here!! I was told by an employee who works there, along with 3 other people who have been there in the past, that since I didnt purchase the mower from Pristows, they would put my mower in the back of the line to get done. Needless to say, after 34 days, 3 phone calls to them, & even trying to call Toro Company; i finally got it back with the report that it was a carb cleaning & new fuel--to me $50!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Best shop in town! They know their products and offer fair prices and service what they sell. Try that at the box stores.

This place is awsome. You see, its the crew in sales and at the service desk, through their complete knowledge of the products they sell that makes it so.

They are absolutely best folks around very friendly and helpful on all phases, especially Brett and Jeff from the parts dept.

Parts dept and serv are mostly great. One guy who handles the hydraulic hose needs a raise. Hes always got the right answer and info for the parts Im looking for.

Terrible service. 14 days to just look at my push mower then give me a ridiculous estimate. Said they service Craftsman (Honda) mowers but didnt have any parts, not even a belt. Parts would be another week or two to arrive. Run away from here!
