The way the owner gets on here and puts everyones personal stuff on blast is ridiculous. Telling people who paid for others to have their house cleaned? You gonna give out banking info next. Wouldnt trust this whole scummy operation. Their employees cant dye their hair? But bambi is a natural blonde? Haha 😄 🤣

I like how the owner regularly reaches out to clarify scheduling, as my job has me working unusual hours. I have been using Dream Makers services for a few years and am pleased that such a small town provides this professional service. The cleaners have been polite and they and the owner strive to be sure I am satisfied. Thank you! Looking forward to their next visit in my home!

Was supposed to do some deep cleaning for my daughter moving into a new home. I was very preoccupied with my dog being very sick and having to go for tests. So when I finally got in to see what was done,I was shocked! I have been up there cleaning, because NOTHING was done! The stove and fridge were never touched! Walls were never touched. Ceiling fan was full of flies and dirty. Bath fixtures were filthy. Shower stall never touched! And floor was still spotted!I have cleaned homes for years, and I would be ashamed to have my name associated with the job!I have people call me about cleaning and I would never recommend this place!

I’ve recently been toying with the idea of hiring a good cleaning company to help me maintain a clean living space. Truth be told, I typically rely on google to assist me with my decision making by providing me with options and reviews for those particular options. Well, after reading the reviews for DreamMakers House Cleaning I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Never in my life have I ever seen anything quite as unprofessional as the owner of a company getting on google to insult every single customer that left even the slightest negative review. Try treating people with respect and maybe you won’t lose another client due to your lack of professionalism. While you’re on here assuming that you’re better than everybody, we’re all assuming that you’re not a very friendly person.

The owner is very accommodating and the staff has always been very nice and does a good job! We love coming home to a clean smelling house!

Had a issue with missing products from under my bathroom sink, called to complain and was told by the owner it was something I probably misplaced and she knows no one would steal. Im not one to really complain but I know those things were there. My issue was not handled properly nor professionally. Now wasting more money because my locks need changed because loss of trust.

I called to have some cleaning done for a move-out because I want to assure that my rental deposit is refunded to me. I asked the owner a lot of questions about what cleaning products they use and how they go about the cleaning.She set up a 2 Jr time for me and then when I had a few more questions she got annoyed and told me they are not miracle workers and to find another cleaning company...She cancelled me for asking questions!!! How rude!?
