Every step of the repair process I notified. When I went to pick up my computer, I was giving a brief tutorial on my computer. I woke up this morning to my computer being absolutely useless. Total black screen. Ran it right up to CrawDAC and Diane was able to boot up my limping hard drive and salvage all my photos, which is all I wanted. Will replace the hard drive and have it back in a couple of days. Unprofessional. Didnt even consider my laptops issue because she suspected i was from out of town and said my problem was a bunch of hooey even after i sent her pictures of the hardware damage. Im new to the area or could have been a traveler, either way a customer is a customer. Its people like her that give small businesses a bad name.It appears from the other reviews that shes only used to easy malware/viruses/slowing old computers, but when a real hardware problem presents itself she had to dodge. Dont advertise you fix hardware is you cant actually fix physical computer parts.
