I have been going here for years, but I had an exceptional experience yesterday!I took my mothers car for cleaning, Armor-All treatment and vacuuming.Upon completion, there were two $20 bills on her console that had not been there when we exited the car.The money had been stuck under or beside a seat, and no one knew it was missing. It would have been easy for the person who found it to pocket it. Instead they placed it where it could be found.I appreciate the honesty and integrity of those who worked on her car yesterday!

Over priced and dont do the job. If you want to get your car washed just get the basic 11 dollar car wash . I took the luxury wash and the inside still has stains mats not done properly and the sides still dirty even marks on the outside of the car wash . Dont see any plus from the 8 dollar car wash at sheetz .

The best car wash value around Period. Full service care with hand drying for better than the price if the self serve touchless washes!

They came to work just to do my car...since I had an appointment...the weather wasnt the best. But they showed up and kept their appointment with me. My car looked good as new.

No complaints here, waited about 20 mins for a carwash choose the cheapest option @ $11.00, outside only, very satisfied with the wash. Good place. Prices are higher but thats for cleaning inside the car. Highly recommend this place.

I stopped to get my car washed and cleaned inside before I headed back to South Carolina.An unfortunate incident happened while my car was going through the wash...my right side mirror was broken off. I was still inside the shop when a gentleman came out and told me my car was done, I was then told the mirror had broken off. Ok, these things happen. As we were standing there another gentleman came up to my car and didnt introduced himself, what he said to me first was that they were not liable because the mirror had been previously broken. At that point I asked him if he was the owner which he replied yes. My mirror was literally hanging off the car! My Dad had given me the car a year ago and you couldnt tell it had been repaired by looking at the car. I did call my Dad to see if he had previously been broken which he said it had. The owner never explained to me that the carwash policy was that there would be no compensation if prior damage had been done to a vehicle, he never said hes sorry it had happened or said his name, nor did he introduce himself as the owner....he did make it clear that they would not repair it, had a very rude stance and tone about the whole incident! He did duct tape the mirror back on but that was NOT going to hold up on my 10 hour drive back South so I went to Firestone and they removed the whole thing for me so it wouldnt fall off.People....when you own a business and something happens at least be kind about it!!I will NEVER go back there again!

Car wash mechanism does a good job and the guys working on your car after do solid jobs. It is a bit pricey but your car will be clean. They pass on the CC processing fee to the customer when they can simply write that off.

Ive been abusing myself for years by coming here. Every single time I pretend like THIS could be the time I dont curse on my way home to finish the careless job, but I end up Windexing the windshield and vacuuming my trunk anyway. Ive tried tempting them in advance with a substantial tip, Ive tried explicitly asking them to pay attention to specific areas, Ive even asked them to go over something before I drive away.... its always disappointing. Today, my VERY LAST VISIT EVER, I called in advance to verify the 5:30 closing time and when I showed up (at 10 after five!) the owner decided to close early. The owner blamed ME for the mistake! The combination of this Im entitled to your business attitude, poor workmanship, and highly overpriced service guarantees that I have spent my last dollar at Symons Auto Wash

Worth the extra price. Much better than the quick, cheaper car washes.

Bought the middle wash, paid extra for wheels to get cleaned after my truck dried it appears only the drivers side got any mild attention. As far as the interior glass..Best streaks ever needed redone soon as the sun hit it. Only reason for 3 stars almost got all the bugs off of the front of a ceramic coated truck.

If I could rate them any less I would over charged by 30 cause they claim there was dog hair then claimed they washed the outside of my car when there was clearly bugs still on the front. When told it wasnt the job that we would be paying for he treated my wife with alot of disrespect. Absolute unprofessional and worst detailers around

I was amazed at how good my 10-year-old car looked after having the full detailing done. When I took it to the dealer to trade it in, they said that normally they send cars that old to auction, but mine looked so nice that they were going to put it for sale on their own lot. Im sure its spotless appearance boosted my trade-in value. I will definitely use Symon Auto Wash again.

I paid for the Luxury Wash, included everything, what a waste of money!! They never vacuumed the back rugs!! I had to have them redo my drivers door because they never cleaned it. I should have looked at all my doors because they never did any of them!!! They need to get competent people!! My inside front window was done so badly, I had to redo it when I got home. This was my first time here. I read the reviews and decided to try it anyway. I will never waste my money here again!

I paid $27.50 to have the car cleaned inside and out ($21.50 for the service, $5.00 tip, and $1.00 surcharge for using my debit card). They did such a bad job vacuuming the floors and in the back, youd never know they did so at all! The seats were still covered with dust, and they never touched the console. The inside of the windshield was streaked with dirt; it was worse than when I took it in! I had to do it all again myself. Save your money and do it yourself. Youll have to do it anyway, when you get home.

I wanted to get a car wash with the kids in the car while they were napping. I asked if I could stay in the car to the gentleman working. He said no and that he could ask for the manager to see if I could sit in the car( like any other establishment).The manager came out then told me it was a liability and that she didnt care that I leave a bad review. Ive never had to leave a car for a drive thru car wash before. I would suggest to not go here and take your money elsewhere.

Go here often for washes and annually for detail of my truck. Worth every penny. They do such a thorough job that it literally feels like youve got a brand new vehicle.

So incredibly unprofessional. The men drying the car couldnt care less about what they were doing. Zero pride in their work. Left the quarter panel wet, when I brought it to his attention, he remarked, youll get some water dribble from the cracks. It wasnt a water strike coming from a taillight corner it was the entire quarter panel still wet from the wash. I havent seen a business use dirty cotton towels on a car in a decade. Microfiber is the standard. Take your money and car somewhere else.

I always like getting my car washed here. I got the luxury wash that cost enough and my inside windshield was still dirty.On top of that they now charge a fee if you use any kind of credit or debit card.How many people carry that much cash on them.They will except a check and they won’t know if it would be any good. With cards once it is approved you know the money is taken out.If a check balances you will have to pay a fee to get your money.

For the price you cant go wrong, but its definitely a half-hearted job. Dont expect it to be real clean, its a touch up.

Had my car washed on Saturday. My inside front windshield isnt cleaned on one side. They arent wiping the insides are clean as they should. Not sure if I am going to use my gift card again.
