I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 1/2 years. What keeps me coming back are the challenging and varied workouts, the great trainers, and the other members that have become my friends. The workouts can be adapted for all fitness levels. It’s definitely the best value I’ve found!!

Moving into the area three years ago, I struggled to find a gym that was similar to the one I moved from. Then, last summer, I tried out EF365. I loved the group atmosphere! I‘m not one to be disciplined enough to go to a gym with equipment and know what to do, or to be able to push myself. I need the coaches that walk around, correct your form, and push you to be better, and that’s exactly what you get at EF365. I’ve found my place at the 5 AM class. I enjoy the variety of the workouts, and how the coaches know you and want you to do and be your best. Its also great to be surrounded by like minded and motivated people who will also push you to be better. I highly recommend this gym!

I highly recommend this gym for a great group fitness workout. The workouts are designed to help athletes of all levels and all the instructors are very well educated with the moves and how they should be performed throughout the class. The classes offered range from heavy weight-lifting, cardio, plyo-metric, kickboxing and more. A different class everyday of the week keeps the excitement fun and fresh every time I walk through the door. If you have a desire to better yourself or get back into shape i recommend stopping by and checking this place out.

EF365 provides a great opportunity to get your sweat on. I especially enjoy working with kettlebells and kickboxing. The coaches are great and the owners are passionate.

Evolution Fitness is the number 1 place for a good high impact cardio/strength workout. There are class times that work for everyone. If you are looking to loose weight, gain muscle or train for a race, the workouts are a great place to learn and grow in your fitness journey. Cardio, Kickboxing, Kettle Bells, TRX, Mini Band Resistance Training and so much more. I would recommend this place no matter what your fitness level is. There is a starting point for everyone, not matter where they are on their journey.

I joined through Groupon in August 2018 as this was listed as a Kosama group fitness. Upon arriving at the location, I was informed that it was no longer Kosama but now Evolution Fitness. Upon expiration of the Groupon, I decided to join for 1 month for a month fee of $89 through September as I was listing my house for sale and moving. I informed them of my plan upon signing up. In December, I discovered my bank had been charged the fee not only in September but also October, November and December. The owner refuses to reimburse me even though I had not been there since September. I DO NOT believe in doing business this way nor do I recommend this place of business!
