I’ve had a great experience at Crescent Chase! Very family friendly area and the staff is great to work with and are fast to reply/work towards solutions with you. Amenities are awesome and the space is well-kept. Would recommend!
Good place to live. Maintenance was fast and always fast. Landlords were very nice and reasonable.
I have lived here for three months and so far so good. The surrounding area and the property is kept nice. Both the front desk and maintenance respond pretty quickly.
I love Crescent Chase apartments! It’s a very convenient location being close to food, shopping, and gas stations. The maintenance crew is quick at fixing any issues I have and the employees were amazing when we signed the lease! I would recommend looking into these apartments!
Been here for a short time any time we need maintance. It gets fixed right away.
Good experience while living at the complex. Things were kept decently clean and maintenance was always timely. However, the whole building reeks of marijuana and pet urine from the hallway. My roomate and I each have a dog, both older, VERY house trained and have NEVER had an accident when living at Crescent chase. As soon and we move out, we get charged for carpet cleaning because of pet odor. Our checkout evaluation had nothing bad on it except pet odor which is impossible. We are very clean residents and our dogs have never had an accident. I tried to explain this to the manager and got no help. Just a big scam. Highly disappointed.
I wont recommend this apartment to anyone. I lived there for three years. First year in one bedroom and two more years in two bedroom. Management was easy to access until they had property management changes. Few things I noticed are- There office time is not friendly to people who works. They are closed on weekends. And Office open after 9 till 5:30 on weekdays. And office is closed in average once a month with Facebook post. That also mean you have to keep checking there Facebook page to know when they will close or sometime same day notice. Good luck with that.- No means of communication. Office hours is one part of the story. You could hardly (literally NEVER) get any response of your email or phone call. Dont expect to get call back even after leaving detail message on there phone during office hours. During last year I might have made more than 100 calls for various purpose during office hours and I can say for sure of those 100 calls I didnt get even a single call back and obviously on that 100 calls not a single time anyone pick the phone (And yes that is all during their office hours). So if didnt catch them in office (if they open) good luck with talking with too. I am not making this up I can share incoming and outgoing call log and email chain if you dont believe me.- One interesting thing I found about there two bedroom walking closet once I moved in is its not a really a walk in closet. Its narrow L shape. Hardly 3 ft depth and long hardly 2 ft space. So I would recommend all to look into their walking closet in two bedroom before moving. Attached few pictures for reference.Update(4/4/2017): Regarding response from owner below - I have send you an email. Thanks.Update(5/11/2017): And here we go again!! No response in a month. Was the initial response is just a public stunt of showing fake sympathy?
Easy renewal process. Excellent communication through multiple mediums.
SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT UNITS. We werent aware of this, as its not listed on the website or in the Hotpads listing we first saw the property on. We didnt think to ask if smoking is allowed, because we werent aware that this was ever allowed in an apartment complex. We worked with the property manager, as we were looking for a home for our small family (including an infant), but didnt learn about the ability to smoke onsite until after we paid $380 in application fees, administrative fees and security deposit. We were unable to be refunded the full amount and found an apartment with another company.UPDATE 6/8/20: I emailed, per the company’s request below, on May 26th and received no response. I have no expectation of a refund, rather want to ensure anyone who must avoid 2nd and 3rd hand smoke knows this property allows it the units.
We have a large dog and that makes finding a nice place to live a bit hard at times with so many apartments having a weight limit. The office staff at Crescent Chase have been wonderful. Not only did they lift the weight limit to allow our big fur ball to find a home but they always have treats for him when we stop by the office. Not only are they pet friendly but they have always been helpful with questions or concerns. Maintenance is fixed swiftly and with a smile. This is more like a little neighborhood then an apartment complex.
I truly appreciate the expertise and friendliness of the maintenance staff. Thank you for being so helpful.
We lived here for a long time. Current management is good! Maintenance is very attentive and quick! It was a good first home for my family and me. The only downfalls are that you can hear the neighbors a lot, but that’s just apartment living for you. Also, the rent did go up every year. I’m a little bummed that we didn’t get much of our deposit back, but just be sure to check the rules when moving out & you might get yours back. Other than that it’s a good & safe place to live.
The office is never open. The phone is never answered, package drop off is great but you cant get to it for days because the office is closed. Oh except when you are at your job!Oh yes the Manager Jennifer is always great to talk to and work with in person when you do see her.Maintenance is AWESOME!!! Never a delay in getting right on a problem and usually completes repairs immediately.
Management is great, and extremely helpful. The dog park has visitors almost every day, its actually a good place to hang out with the neighbors. The apartments are spacy and will maintained, but they are a bit older so there are done maintenance issues here and there. But if you tell management, they get right on it. Abs the price is competitive, though a little on the high side. However, it is a very nice area close to lots of shops and restaurants.
Lindsey is a really good office manager. She makes sure stuff gets done, and if I ever have a problem she’s there to help!
I loved these apartments from day one! Yes, they might be dated, but it works. The only problem is that some neighbors do not have any respect and there is poop everywhere. All the dog owners know that there is poop sacks outside of each complex, but only few owners use them. With my complex I kind of personally dont like that you can see into neighbors backyards on the other side of the trees. Otherwise than that the landlord is great, amazing location, close to many restaurants, gas stations, grocery store not to far and close to schools!!
Very nice, quiet and secluded. The location is fantastic with restaurants, grocery stores and hiking/biking trails nearby. Would definitely recommend!
Always quick to take care of any need, top notch service whether it be from management or from maintenance!!!!
Best place ever.
For the price, unless you have a pet I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex. Maintenance is good as far as getting out and taking care of issues. However as other reviews have mentioned there is doog poop everywhere. Also, their snow removal is a nightmare.. weve had our cars blocked in more than once while living there. We moved out almost 2 months ago and have not heard anything from anyone regarding our deposit.. we left the apartment in better shape than we got it in! Weve tried calling the office 5-6 times so far and no one is ever there.Again, for the price (almost $1100 for a 2bdrm) I think these apartments should be a near perfect, which theyre not.
Common areas always reek of smoke and are generally dirty. Security doors frequently fail. Parking is very limited.
