Have called this place repetedly for a few weeks and nothing! They dont even act like they want to help you find a job! I have used several different staffing companies in the des moines area and have never had such a poor experince before! Awful!

Spartan is a joke to work for. Either they are being duped by their client, or they lie to their new hires. Wanna work for heartland automotive through spartan? If you want to stand around and/or clean all day then this is for you. Theyll tell you your raise after the first period is more than it actually is, AND that youll get hired on permanently sooner than is the truth. Most unprofessional trashy staffer Ive worked for.
