I have been to many Sam’s Club stores across the country & never write a review cause they are all about the same but this one, well staff are pleasant, friendly, unlike some places where people seem to hate their job. Whatever it is, maybe just cause its JC. People are helpful and I appreciate that.

Definitely a great place to buy in bulk for a great price!! Love the atmosphere there. The associated are awesome! If you need help finding anything, they know exactly where it would be! Offer a yearly membership also!!

I liked the Johnson City, TN Sams Club, Knoxville is well stocked and organized Sams Club with a polite and ethnically diverse personnel.

They rearrange the store but I get it that they have store lay outs. They were out of some stuff that I needed. Members seem to think they can block the aisles and chat and not move out of the way. Its all about me. Long lines not enough cashiers which is a shame. I had to check myself out which was actually faster but Im also like if I have to check myself out, are they going to pay me, since they should have some cashiers

It was over the top way more than what we had Invision, we were thinking it was all about food but when we stepped in it was way more and way less,yes way more of the product of what ever you want but you pay way less cash witch all and all was a very well blessed thing for everyone who is a member! We most definitely will be going back and we will be taking other family and friends so they also can have the same experience we did, 😲 what a friendly group of staff members that play a role in keeping this place going so to all at SAMS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU GUYS ARE WONDERFUL!!

Great experience today with the tire center. Ran over a piece of metal and happened to be close to Sam’s. Pulled in and the guys saw me looking at the tire and came out to help without being asked. Had me out of there with new tires within an hour. Thankful for the great service!

Great prices! Decent selection.

Out of many items. Not enough cashiers so long lines. I dont work there so I dont want to self checkout! Long wait times to get help loading heavy items.

Theyre always out of several of the specific items that I go for. To be paying for a membership and have to drive thirty minutes to make it there and then they dont have what you went for makes it frustrating.

Great prices but the store gets awfully crowded. Plus membership makes things a bit easier with extended shopping hours.

Very clean and well stocked. We got everything on our list and of course more as to taking advantage of the reasonable pricing on bigger bulk items. Gas is so much cheaper here too so we are happy saving at the pumps as well.

Had a list of 15 items I normally purchase at Sams Club... was able to purchase 7 of them. Not planning any trips in the future...waste of time.

They always have the best prices on everything in the store.

They carry products that I use for awhile and drop them. That has happened 5 times and never show up again.

I went there to get some lunch, and to be honest, the pizza was the best thing I have ever eaten. It was a little bit on the greasy side, but nonetheless, delicious and would eat again.

Never had a problem with the store itself. Cant stand the uppity whiners that shop here though. The gas station is hell, and feels like it needs an air traffic controller.

Love the bulk buying. Has a great choice for keto products. Flounder is wonderful and they carry my drinks Bang. The southwest salad kit is delicious. Just wish there was a location closer to me, it takes 45 minutes to get there.

I couldnt hardly shop because some people are very rude jumping in front of me while I was shopping around for groceries.

Pick up was a good experience. Once I was parked, I checked in using the app and let them know what space I was in. Within a minute or so I was notified who was coming out to bring my order. It was around 20 items. It only took about 6 minutes for them to bring my items to my car. I opened the back lift and they everything in 3 boxes neatly set in and even left a little reusable gift bag with a drink, granola bar and coupon book. The man who brought my order was friendly and prompt. I use the pick up service often and will continue.

I only go to Sams about once a month normally, but since the pandemic, I have been there twice. On the most recent trip, I was VERY disappointed to see such a large number of shoppers in the Club without a mask. I understand that many people are unconcerned about getting COVID, but there are many of us who do not want to take it to elderly parents and other family members. I do not blame Sams completely for this situation, but I do believe they could at least TRY to have people wearing masks. All of the employees were wearing masks and seemed to be conscientious about them. I do appreciate that!

I cannot compare this warehouse shopping club to others as we do not have a Costco in the community. If you like this type of shopping you will (or should be) a member.Staff is friendly and helpful. Tuesday mornings are a great time for avoiding heavy crowds.

Always had fast friendly service at this sams. During covid the pick up curbside service was ran very well.

Always has so much of what I want and need. Often in bigger quantities than I need for my small household but quality is always good and service is friendly.

Just became a member today. Everything I needed and more. Very clean even restrooms looked nice. Didnt give 5 because the gas station dont accept cash.

No precooked bacon or Pillsbury premade biscuits, wasted trip.

Easy in and easy out got what I needed and a few things I didnt.

Starting to put limit 1 on alot of cleaning supplies again.

Always a bit crowded and checkout is hard to understand. Can be difficult to navigate.

Meats look good but wont buy because it dont tell where its processed at just says distributed by sams club which usually means its imported

Went to the cafe in sams club today 5/4/21 and tried to order a pizza three min til 5 pm and was told by Arabia (the gal working there) they were closing and she wasnt able to make the pizza. After looking it up on the website it shows the cafe closes at 7pm. Not sure if she was just in a bad mood or if the hours really need to be changed on the website to reflect the time shes saying the close.

It was a terrible experience shopping here today. I have a mind to not return. The lady who checked me out was so unpleasant.

**Download the APP!!I don’t think I would still be a member without the app because the lines, even in self checkout can be crazy. However, with the scan as you go function shopping is easy and I can get in and out with a full cart in about half an hour. The service from employees is either very good or very poor depending on who you end up getting but now that I don’t have to wait in the check out line and can renew memberships online I never have to talk to anyone besides the friendly sample givers. Great prices on fresh produce and an easy way to fill the freezer with meat and lazy day pre-made meals.

Whats not to like about a store where a shopping cart is the SMALLEST way to get your items out of the store? And those big fat Nathans hot dogs at the concession stand!! I take my wife and son to dinner there every Friday night, costs me eight bucks!

If u go early in the morning not to busy.. after that it seems like it is always busy. Try doing plus member cost little more but u get free shipping and can do everything from online... I love my sams club u got to buy most in bulk and it dont take much to spend a $100 but at least u go home with extra.

The scan-n-go app makes Sam’s Club one of the Safest and quickest stores to shop at. I love it. I scan as i shop. Click to pay on the app, and exit past the associate who checks an item to be sure i paid.

The pay as you go app is awesome; first you know how much is in your buggy and secondly you do have to wait in line for the conventional check out. Kudos to Sams Club for the app and huge selection.

Great place with a lot of variety of items. Their food selection is outstanding and their prices cant be beat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and organized store. Their meat selections and prices are second to none. Their gas is cheapest around.

The Johnson City store has some nice, thoughtful employees, but a high percentage of them range from unfriendly to just plain rude. The store management really should focus on improving their customer focus.

Busy store as usual but check out was quite efficient today. Shelves were mostly well stocked too.

They rearranged things since we were last there, it was kind of confusing. We did find what we needed it just took longer then expected. We were in a little bit of a hurry so didnt have much time to really look. Would be better if things were labeled better.

Very impressed with cleanliness this morning. They werent as busy as usual & saw several cleaning conveyor belts, credit machines. I appreciate Johnson City efforts after walking out of another Sams as no one cleaning buggies, so sanitizer, etc

Its a damn good place my husband seems to like it a lot 😂😂

They are being extremely safe during this time all the employees are wearing gloves and mask they are cleaning the buggies and there is wipes available at the door as usual I also noticed a hand washing station at the back of the store. Most items are stocked except for toilet paper and paper towels there werent any of those at all! Overall it was an awesome visit as usual and I felt very comfortable in the store

The fueling was a bit wonky because of some goobers cutting each other off but the actual store was: nicely organized, bright, friendly, & clean.

I like it. But why they still be selling bad meet. You can clearly see that the beef is brown or pale. Cus pays to much for the yearly membership etc. We as cus expect the best when it comes to our money. The staff is so friendly ❤ keep up the good work.

Somethings are bargains if you buy in bulk, but on average we found that alot of prices can be beat by Kroger on normal size purchases.
