I have been working with envision for a little over a half year now and the company is a great company to work for especially if you have a good spirit and the will to work. Very nice staff and the individuals are very nice to work with also

I have worked here for some time now. I love my job and the individuals that I serve. I treasure that we get to spend holidays and other special events with them. How many people can say that for their job they get to go out to stores and parks and events. I love that working in such a tight knit working environment that you truly become like a family. It’s a rewarding job getting to help/serve my individuals with their daily routines.

I have currently been with this company over a year and absolutely love my job. Yes some days are mentally trying but not because of the clients nor the management... Its just like any other job you have good days and bad some more stressful than others. In my experience since I have been here the management at the office have been very kind to me and always been there to help me when Ive needed them. Ive been given just as much respect as the next person. I love my job and this company and I absolutely love the management in the office theyre an amazing group of people and I am thankful to have everyone of them their when Ive needed them... I am currently employed for Envision Inc. You can work all the over time you want; no issues with scheduling, other employees, or office staff. The clients are great to work with, and the environment is a great place to be. We have good all around employees and no drama. A very easy job with good pay.

I am a nurse who worked for Envision. I have since worked for other employers in various fields as a nurse and can now appreciate much more what Envision does for the people they take care of. I really do miss it and wanted to give them a pat on the back for taking such good care of their people. They have always received great scores from the state from what I know and have seen on the states website. I do recommend them as an employer and for someone needing this type of care for a loved one.

I have worked for Envision for nearly a year now, have had nothing but positive experiences. Taking care of the individuals always has been, and continues to be my favorite part of the job!

Envision takes care of Intellectually disabled clients. They have worked hard to take care of not only them but their staff. The company has grown and started working with the staff more. They have the concept that if you take care of your staff they will take care of your business. They do not offer health insurance, but do have dental. Overall with the new way of doing business, they get a 5 raising.

You know these people on here giving bad reviews is sad. You are going to take care of individuals who need help, and care about you. Dont get on here downgrading the company I worked for envisions when I was 19-20 I loved it just couldnt afford the drive. But Id stayed if I could have. Again read my review and if you are going to hate on this company who try their best to make it good but people who leave, and dont care causes them to work the reliable people more. Dont work here.. Highest employment turn over Ive seen in any field. Bad treatment to employs and not to mention the patients. Patients that need help that they dont have, give or feel the need for so they stretch the few employees they have to the unthinkable limits such as 80+ hrs a week. So, if you have a family and kids this is NOT the job to get. Furthermore, they expect you to drive 2hours to a house and not pay you for drive time which is what youre promised when youre hired. They will lie straight to your face and then throw you too the wolves.

Just had a terrible experience applying to this company. Applied to a home manager position listed for $30k per year, was called and offered an interview for the position, during which I explained my busy schedule, and made it clear that this was the only position I was interested in.Interview was set up for 4:30PM, had to leave my current job early just to get there. Upon arriving, I was told to fill out a paper application (which was not conveyed during my phone call with HR, and took over 40-minutes). The environment was very unprofessional (I could hear employees badmouthing co-workers and other applicants from several rooms). When my interview started, I was basically asked what job are you applying for, and quickly told that the home manager position (which is still posted today, 2-days later) was recently filled. The HR representative (who was the same woman I spoke with over the phone, in detail, about my employment needs, before setting up my interview) tried to offer me a $10/hr part-time position with no benefits.Overall, this was a huge waste of my time, specifically due to the lack of professionalism on the part of Envisions HR department. The environment at the office seemed very unprofessional (maybe even toxic), especially for a healthcare company. Avoid this company if you are looking for professional work.
