Amazing customer service they took my website that was not function to making it great workable. They are nice caring and helpful also worked with my budget. This company is constantly helping people in need and never recognized for it. I will continue to let them handle all my work for my business
I worked for this company for 3 years and they were nothing but caring loving and good people. Sad people want to say things about them but in the 3 years I was there I have never heard of either of the people that wrote the reviews. Market Innovations are good people!!
We were advertising with Market Innovations. They overcharged us $2,400. I have been trying to get the money back from Kimberly Dugger for over a year now. She has stopped returning my emails and her phone numbers are no longer in service. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend Market Innovations.Update: After MANY, MANY emails, phone calls, and finally threats of involving lawyers, Kimberly Dugger said she would have a check ready for me.After reading these reviews, when I did receive the check, I had the bank call to verify the funds before depositing it.Surprise, the funds were not available.I let Kimberly know and requested a cashiers check instead. Instead I get a picture of a credit card receipt that was supposed to be showing a refund given to the account.More time passes, more emails sent, still no refund appearing on the account.I finally call American Express myself.IT TURNS OUT that when I originally disputed the $2,400 she overcharged my account, they DID in fact credit it back. The REAL REASON $2,400 in charges reappeared on my account is because Kimberly Dugger CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN for $2,400 after American Express credited the charges. This woman is a scam artist. This is not a real company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!Update:More than a year and a half later, after more effort than should have been necessary on my part to get my money back, Kimberly FINALLY met with me and gave me the refund in cash.We will never do business with Kimberly again.
Half these good reviews are written by Kimberly Duggers (the owner) friends. This place bounces checks EVERYWHERE. Especially to employees. They have been taken to small claims over & over & reported to the Tennessee labor board. The problem is even if you win in small claims she STILL doesnt pay. Then you have to spend more money to have the judgement enforced by placing a lien on assets. By the time you get done, you have spent more in filing fees than she owes. As a potential employee do yourself a favor and AVOID this place. As a customer...trust me, she is scamming you!
Love them they are so helpful and will work with any budget! The owner Kim is honest and help me get my name out there to help my business LOVE my ad if you need affordable advertising call them!
BEWARE of Kim Dugger (Wilson). She charges credit cards multiple times and blames it on her accountant or tells them they were accidentally sent up for reoccurring payments.. (Trust me, you will never receive your refund.) She is a liar and will scam you any way she can. She treats her employees awful. She bounces their paychecks, bashes them and blames any negative feedback on them. Most of her past employees has to block her due to harassment. Do yourself a favor and do not do business or work for this company.
Market Innovations which is Kimberly Dugger is NOT to be trusted. From personal experience, Kim requested to participate in an event that we hold every year. She wrote a deposit check to us that BOUNCED. Her story was that her accountant did not realize that she had closed the checking account in which the bounced check was written and that she would have the person correct that and get us a check on the correct account. We allowed her to participate in our event even though we were not paid in advance because she always had a sad tale about cancer, abusive husband, incompetent accountant (who, by the way, was her), etc. and we wanted to be as helpful as we could. Sadly, this exact same story has been told to businesses all over the Tri-Cities for several years and she continues to use the same stories over and over. When we collect the $500 that is owed to us from December 2014, I will consider changing my rating but it is doubtful!!!
Amazing SEO results if you need to promote your business call them
The owner, Kimberly Dugger, has hired multiple designers in the area and many have had problems getting paid. She has been taken to small claims court by employees, reported to the labor board, and will not hesitate to write bad checks. This is a very shady, untrustworthy business and should be avoided at all costs.Read reviews from former employees on glassdoor
Always professional and very reasonable prices thank you so much
Proceed with caution. This company does not like to pay their bills.
She wrote me a check on a closed account and every day has an excuse for not paying it off.
