I have never had problems until now. My package has gone from Texas to Georgia to Wise, Virginia and now its in Johnson City since early morning waiting to be picked up. What happened to your excellent service? Please hire people who knows their demograpical regions and who are dependable. It might help to hire someone to keep up with all tracking numbers. Im not sure by what means one package was delivered but it was sitting in the rain on my porch instead of the large container with the lid I had sitting in the yard with the words PACKAGE written on it

Ive lived at my residence for 14 months, their driver couldnt find where i lived for 2 days. My address is correct on the shipping label. I had drive to their warehouse to pickup my order.

I missed a delivery on an expensive medical device late on Friday, i went to this UPS hub, talked to a lady and gentleman at front desk, they contacted Zack the driver and he was kind enough to meet me and deliver my device, thank you guys so much, you rock!!!

UPS is a complete joke. They couldn’t deliver my package to the front desk of the company I work for because there wasn’t an apartment number attached to it. I do not live there I work there. The driver was to lazy to walk in because they assumed it was for a person that lives there. I have never had a problem before. They finally call me back about picking my package up at the customer Service location and said that they will be open at 2. I get to the location at 2:16. The sign on the door says they are out until 3:30. There is not contact for this location. And when I call the 1-800 number they don’t even have a phone number. There is the reason this company is totally worthless. They have zero communication and do not know what they are doing on a daily basis. JOKE

Used theJC UPS Hub Office yesterday & was assisted by Lisa. This lady was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. (In fact, one of the nicest people I have ever net) She represents UPS EXTREMELY WELL!

I was told that the driver is unable to drive up my driveway because they dont own the vehicles. This is weird since every other vehicle in creation drives up my driveway just fine.

I just witnessed the UPS man walking back down my driveway after leaving a package. He just parked the truck at the bottom and walked up our slightly uphill, quarter of a mile, ice and snow covered driveway to deliver it. I wish I could find out his name or who his boss is to leave a compliment. That was amazing customer service right there. I also wish I would have seen him earlier and I would have met him halfway. Amazing!

Unfortunatly I had to put 1 star since there is nothing less. I have had the most irritating experience with this awful company. They have attempted to deliver me my package for 3 days now and since it’s during the middle of the day and I have a Monday through Friday job (like most people!) I have not been home to sign for it. Every time I try to talk to a real person it sends me to their automated phone line. The app and the papers they have sent me just send me in a loop repeating the same messages that get me no where. Went to the local store to speak with someone trying to just get my package and she couldn’t give me a straight answer. It’s been 4 days and now I have to wait over this weekend to drive out of town just to go pick up my package with the store only being open for 4 hours a day!! This is the most inconvenient and annoying service I have ever dealt with in my life. It seems that no one in this company wants to do their job at all. I shouldn’t have to drive out of town just to pick up a package that should have been left at my doorstop. Will avoid this company at all costs.

We moved into a new house in a new development. UPS could not find our house, which is somewhat understandable, but the way they have handled this is unprofessional and unproductive. If the driver would look on google maps they could have easily found the house (like all of the other delivery companies did). I called the local UPS facility and actually had to give them detailed directions of how to get to our house even though the house is located right in town, and again, easily found with any mapping app. We did get a few UPS deliveries, however, several are still being missed. The worst part about this is that the drivers actually lie about the reasons they could not deliver the package. They have sent the package back to the shipper saying that we refused delivery, they have indicated that we were not home and a signature was required (not true, no signature required), and have also indicated it is a false address. UPS needs a system where the driver indicates they could not find the address so it is taken care of the very next day. It would be a lot less work for UPS, the shipper, and the recipient. FedEX, USPS, and several local furniture stores have been able to find the address.

I moved into a place in a rural area and my place didnt have a number on it. The UPS driver couldnt find it so I had to pick it up. (My fault) I was able to go to the UPS Customer Center and pick it up. They were very helpful and I was able to get in and out in a few minutes.

I accidentally took some packages that were USPS here to return from Christmas which is postal Service United States postal Service 9th UPS or basically their service they were so pleasant with me and said to me how it is so easy to make this mistake the woman behind the counter who was busy and at things to do was so pleasant to me that she actually carry the packages back out to my vehicle for me and talk to me for several minutes I cant say anything bad about you about UPS I can say that they made my Christmas for my children a great experience and they worked right up to the last minute while I was here with my children they were there running packages to people at the last minute you know what they secre size time with their families to make sure that mine had all their presents bravo UPS bravo I salute you and I can do nothing but bow down to the services that you provide for our nations you are an amazing company

Lots of hard working people at this place breaking their backs to provide a service. With the holidays coming up the hours are long and extremely nerve racking... so 5 stars for the workers. UPS is raking in the dough so the company is fine without my input, but the local workers deserve to be recognized.

Cant reach the local office. Scheduled delivery did not happen, was rescheduled by the interwebs :) to an unknown future date when i will not be here. Ive been assured by someone in India that this has been corrected but i havent heard anything about where my package is. Probably sent back. really frustrated. Usually the UPS guy is here every morning b/c 10 am but apparently today my package is AWOL.

I would give it 0 if I could. I had paid extra (quite a bit) for 2-day air delivery. Due to a snowstorm, the package could not be delivered on time. I understood that part. What I dont understand is why it was put back on the truck the next day, went the whole route and I got another change of delivery message saying it wouldnt be delivered. Why, when I paid extra, wasnt my package given priority? Same thing with a second package I ordered and paid extra for. It is on the truck after 3 days and I havent seen either package. Both will be returned and I will never use UPS, or order from a business using UPS, again!

UPS is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with.....they have been trying to delivery a package for 4 days now and still have no answer as to why FEDEX & USPS can go up and down my road but they cant......Ive called to try and retrieve the package and nothing. No help whatsoever! They suck!!!

Looked online. Said my package was delivered. Said it was left by my front door at 530 pm. It wasnt. No where to be found. I was home. Nobody ever came to the house. Checked with neighbors. Nothing. Got online with UPS chat. Said I would receive a phone call within the hour. I didnt. 18 hours later, still no phone call or package.Called UP. More run around. Told again, that they will open an investigation. That it takes about 8 days to figure out, where they delivered my package to.UPS really doesnt care!!!!

I used to brag about UPS and how I could always count on them to deliver a package.UPS claims the recent weather has affected delivery.Im sorry, but when its 50 degrees and sunny and has been for 3 consecutive days, your claims are invalid.My package is now delayed by 5 days. I order a lot of stuff off of Amazon, in which almost all of my packages are delivered by UPS; lately my packages have alerted me that they are out for delivery by 8pm but yet I do not recieve my package(s) and then have to wait til the next day or even later to get my stuff. This is ridiculous. Last time the excuse was they couldnt find my house, when I literally get a package once a week. I contact customer service and it seems my packages are the last of the day to be delivered when they used to be delivered by 4pm, now Im lucky to even get them.

Left Origin Location on a Monday, meaning it should arrive in 5 buisness days (or by Friday). The tracker had the original delivery date for the next Monday, then it was changed to the Friday it should have been delivered on. I made preparations for it to arrive on that day, then awoke to find that the delivery date had once again been pushed back to the Monday. It cost me a large amount of inconvenience to have the package arrived later. Also, the center hours are horrible, they are set to the least convenient time in the day and are closed all weekend. If youre going to make a shipping company, at least have good quality. I wishould FedEx was the main country shipping service for Amazon and Ebay.

Not only was my package 2 days late, but i got a knock on the door from a child telling me there was a box on my front step, a box containing a $400 xbox one. why didnt ups have me sign anything? these arent not so great apartments i live in and it could have been stolen. i hope i never have anything sent through ups again

Worst company to deal with. Not sure how you can possibly have hours set from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. They misplaced a package that we had paid to have overnight and it ended up at this facility which according to UPS no one at UPS has a phone number for the direct office of this location. The package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but here we are stuck waiting for this location to open to even find out if our package is this location so we can go pick it up a day and a half late. Should have went with USPS or FedEx.
